Highly recommend - Excellent service from the team at Epic Transfer & Tours (Fiji). Easy to book, great communication, and decent price. It made our trip nice and easy to get to our accommodation and back. Highly recommend! A special shout-out to Navin who was excellent.

Very easy return Nadi airport transfer - The transfer was very easy, name on sign and personal escort to the vehicle outside. Email confirmation the day prior to return to airport and excellent driver Junior Ali was on time at 5.45am at Marriott to safely return us to Nadi airport - thank you!

Professional and Well Priced - The epic team was professional from the moment we arrived at the airport. The drive is quite long to the property but our drivers were friendly and provided lots of conversation and knowledge of the areas we drove through. Costs were also very reasonable compared to many other options. Our driver, Heemash, on the drive back to the airport was absolutely great!

Epic Transfer and Tours -Fiji - Junior Ali collected us from Nadi International Airport.
He was an absolute delight accomodating all our needs(several supermarkets stops to purchase non alcoholic beer!)

Easy, not pushy, takes credit card - This is a good choice for transportation. Unlike many companies waiting outside the airport, Epic takes a credit card. My driver Manoa was great, super friendly, not pushy about adding tours, very informative and seemed like a genuinely good guy. I scheduled a time for pickup back to the airport and he was there on time and it was a very smooth trip.

Outstanding service! - Tony and his team provided exceptional transportation service throughout our stay. They were consistently prompt, professional, and friendly, with clean and comfortable vehicles that easily accommodated our large group. Whether it was a scheduled pickup or a last-minute request, they were always flexible and reliable. They even organized a fantastic day trip for us, assisting with tickets and activities seamlessly. Don't let the lack of reviews discourage you. Epic is high quality. - Admittedly was a bit hesitant to try Epic given the relatively few reviews. We were actually assigned to another driver to be picked up from the airport. However this was quite a blessing. Navin was probably the best driver we've had while traveling. Gave an insider's guide to Fijian culture and shared a part of his family life. Probably his best quality was his respectful engagement in discussions which made the 45 minute ride fly by. We liked him so much we requested him for a drive to the port the next day. Despite being his sole day off in a quite a while, he wanted to really help us out. Can't find that level of dedication these days.
We had other drivers during our time here in Fiji, but Navin is on another level.
If you're in doubt about Epic, don't be.
TL;DR Epic is great despite limited reviews. Navin is the best!
Pro tip: Just look for the Epic driver right after departing customs. They go there based on your arrival time, not the pickup time entered at the time of booking.

Great Service! - We were in Fiji last week of July 2024 and used Epic for transfers between the airport and Port Denaru and also to the Fiji Marriott Momi Bay Resort. This is a great company and drivers are great. I would highly recommend using them to anyone. Their pricing is better than most out there.
Our flight from SFO arrived a little late into NAN and the driver, Ali, was waiting for us outside arrivals with our names on a sign. Ali was great and gave us a rundown of what to do and not to do, etc.
On our second transfer with this company, our other driver, Junior Ali, was great as well. He went above and beyond in all aspects. We were talking about sugar canes and he even made a stop during our trip and got us sugar canes without us asking.
We highly recommend Epic. They're very easy to get a hold of via email or WhatsApp. The airport has free wifi and so does Port Denaru.
