This solo tour was an ideal experience! - My driver, the wonderful Yogesh, picked me up from the hotel and drove me to Tibu Palace, with a stop for snacks and water (and washrooms) along the way. There we met my guide, Rupesh. Rupesh was extremely knowledgeable. I loved the wooden palace, and especially the wall paintings. The temple, market, catholic church, Captain Bailey's dungeon were all great visits. We stopped for delicious sugarcane, mint, lemon, ginger refreshments inside the fort. Lunch was traditional veg, served on a palm, and a fun stop with Yogesh and Rupesh. After lunch was the highlight, Mysore. Busier than the other sites, Rupesh still made sure to explain all to me and again, I lived the paintings on the walls, and of course the architecture. The international materials used was also fascinating. Rupesh and Yogesh took pictures along the way and handled admission fees, which included shorter lines. I enjoyed the day tremendously! Highly recommend for solo female travelers looking to feel safe, and of course all others.

A great day out in Mysore - My mother and I enjoyed a day in Mysore driven by Yegosh and guided by Rupesh. We visited the summer and winter palace, dungeon, church and silk shop enjoying a lovely biryani meal for lunch. Prashant, the tour organiser was very helpful when we had an issue receiving a tailored garment ordered from the Mysore Cauvery Silk and Arts shop. He ensured delivery was executed promptly after alerting him to the issue. Great service!

Wonderful Day Tour from Bangalore – Highly Recommended! - I recently extended a business trip to Bangalore and booked a 12-hour local tour—it was the best decision! We visited Tipu Sultan’s Summer Palace, a temple, a church, the magnificent Mysore Palace, and a vibrant flea market in Mysore. Our guide, Roopesh, was knowledgeable, friendly, and had excellent photography skills—he captured some great moments for us! Yogesh, our driver, ensured a smooth and comfortable ride throughout the day. One unexpected and funny moment happened at Mysore Palace, where a group of local Indian tourists asked to take a picture with me—I felt like a celebrity for a minute! It was such a fun and unexpected cultural exchange. Also, I needed to pump breastmilk every 3 hours, and the team was completely understanding and respectful, which made the experience very comfortable for me as a nursing mother. The South Indian lunch was a highlight—spicy, delicious, and traditionally eaten with hands. A truly memorable part of the day! The weather in late June–early July was lovely. If you're looking for a fun, smooth, and culturally rich day tour around Bangalore, I highly recommend this one! Let me know if you’d like to trim it for a specific character limit or platform like Google or TripAdvisor.

A great trip, even solo! - I am in Bangalore for a month and wanted to make sure I fit in as much as possible around work. I booked onto this day trip as a solo female traveller which can sometimes be quite daunting, but I was in very safe hands!! Both Yogesh and Roopesh were lovely and made the day really fun! The itinerary was really well planned, Roopesh gave so much information on each of the sights and the lunch was also delicious. Roopesh was always happy to take photos and went at whatever pace you wanted. I had a great day and would recommend it to anyone!

Last minute trip to Mysore - Last minute booking when I was in Bengaluru for business and wanted something to do on the Sunday. What a great decision!!! My hotel wasn't on the list of pickup locations but Prashant was so accommodating and arranged a pick me up at 07:30 with the first stop at Tipu's palace around 10am. Then onto Srirangapantha to see Tipu's mausoleum, Temple, Colonel Bailey's dungeon and all the other sights in this fascinating walled city. Then onto Mysore for St Philomena's cathedral, a great authentic lunch and the palace which was just amazing before finally finishing at the markets. My guide Babu really brought the sights to life, with the driver Ravish just appearing as soon as we left each sight so we didn't have to wait around. What a great day - thanks so much!

So good that I will do this tour again the next time I’m in Bangalore - Fabulous day out!! I was jet lagged and didn’t want to be out super late and Yogesh and Rupesh helped tailor the day accordingly. Rupesh is *on the staff* of Mysuru Palace and provided an excellent detailed narrative as well as allowing for me to skip the long lines. He also provided helpful commentary on Tipu Sultan’s Summer Palace. Because things were super crowded, (according to a Google lens analysis of my photos) we went to Ranganathaswamy Temple, Srirangapatna instead of the original temple on the itinerary. Apparently the original temple would have required 2 hours to visit on a busy Sunday. This alternative was a great choice, as it was spectacular and even this alternative temple was quite crowded. Again, the line skipping provided by Rupesh and Yogesh was SUPER helpful. I didn’t have time for shopping and there was no pressure to leave this on the itinerary. Also, Rupesh had some great insights regarding photo locations. I will definitely take this tour again the next time I’m in Bangalore to get to see and do the things I didn’t get to this time.

Fabulous day in Mysore - I went solo from Bangalore, and it was incredibly informative, smooth, and really customized to the experience I wanted. The lunch place was expertly picked, and the silk shop was beautiful and not pushy at all.

Great experience from start to finish - This was a great experience overall from the minute I booked. Communication was clear and detailed. Prashant, Yolagesh, and Rupesh were extremely responsive. Yagesh (the driver) gave great bits of information along the drive with Rupesh capping off as an excellent tour guide. I read all the reviews and I must say the tour was consistent in delivery and customer service. Both very knowledgeable and engaging . Didn't feel overwhelmed with too much information. Very immersive experience down to rhe lunch. Excellent lunch option. I would highly recommend everyone take this tour.

Great experience with a great guide - I chose this site on the recommendation of a friend, and the truth is that the experience was amazing. Both the driver and the guide were attentive the whole time and the guided tours spectacular. I recommend the tour, both going alone and in a group and you will spend a wonderful day knowing a great city.

A great solo tour experience for a first time in India - I recently did this tour solo while in Bangalore for a work trip and really enjoyed it. Since it was a private tour, we were able to go at a pace that worked for me, which was great as I was more interested in seeing the places and learning the history than taking photos or selfies of everything. This means we finished up about an hour and a half earlier which was nice since it is quite a long day. I paid extra to get picked up and dropped back to my hotel which was near the airport (approx. 1 hour from the airport), which I don't regret at all. The driver Yogesh was great, particularly since this tour involved about 3 hours each way just to get to and from Mysore. If you take this tour from Bangalore be prepared it's a lot of driving, but well worth it. Somehow, Yogesh always seemed to materialise out of nowhere within about 15 seconds of coming out of one of the sites, even in the busy traffic. The tour guide Rupesh was very good; extremely knowledgeable and keen to share the history of the different places we visited. I went in not really having any prior knowledge of the sites or really any history of the area, and I never felt like I was missing key information. We were able to skip most of the lines which was pretty much mandatory as it was incredibly busy on a Sunday. Prashant was the main contact for organising the tour and he was very responsive and accommodating; I even realised I had made an error with the booking date and had to shift it a day earlier with only a couple of days notice. It was a big stress relief when Prashant let me know they could fit me in the day earlier, and I'm very grateful for it. As for the tour sites, the summer house was really interesting and the wall paintings / murals were incredible. The palace was certainly breathtaking, the famous ceilings are even better in person, but it was extremely busy; be prepared to have to push your way throughthe crowds (possibly particularly busy given it was a Sunday and I believe also school holidays in that region). The flea market was really interesting, particularly the flower section, though I wasn't interested in buying anything (I didn't take any cash). Shoes off is a requirement at the temple and the palace, so probably worth wearing shoes you can slip off quite easily. There's not lots of walking required, so even if it's quite hot it should be manageable.
