Delos Island is one of the largest natural open archaeological sites of significant importance.

Located in the north-central Cyclades, on the west side of Mykonos, it spans 3.4 sq. km. In ancient times, Delos was renowned as the birthplace of Apollo, and beyond being a religious center, it also thrived as a commercial hub.

In the open archaeological site, well-preserved private residences were found, featuring impressive mosaic floors. The archaeological museum in Delos showcases an excellent collection of statues, ceramic pottery, everyday items, jewelry, and mosaics, all well-preserved.

In 1990, the archaeological island of Delos was officially recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Monument.

• Mykonos - The next destination is Mykonos, where the tour lasts for 3 hours and 30 minutes, offering the chance to stroll through charming backstreets, visit the enchanting Small Venice (Mikri Venetia), see the windmills, and explore many other attractions. Visitors can also enjoy their free time on the island by exploring local shops or dining at the numerous seaside restaurants and cafes.

Mykonos was among the first Greek islands to develop tourism in the early 1960s. Today, Mykonos is renowned for having one of the most vibrant and active nightlife scenes in Europe.

The island’s most famous spot is ‘Small Venice’ (Mikri Venetia), named for its resemblance to Venice, Italy. Mykonos produces small quantities of xinotiria (cheese) and a spicy soft cheese called Kopanisti. Additionally, the island is known for its delicious meat product called Louza, as well as its award-winning almond pastries (amigdalota).
