Flying over the pyramids was awesome - It was a great experience. Flying over the pyramids was awesome. The people there took great care of us. I would definitely recommend this to others.

Best experience of my life in hot air ballooning - The best experience in my life with Von Navi high altitude experiences. All the staff very friendly, very professions, very worth it. Very beautiful views, I would do it again 😍

Very unforgettable experience of spectacular view and great attraction to enjoy in company or even only unmatched - I always wanted a kiss on the heights with my partner and enjoy a unique landscape with a fabulous view, really a unique experience

wonderful great and super mega happy to be able to travel once again and especially grateful to god - It was a wonderful moment to look from the heights at the beautiful scenery the very well prepared staff was wonderful to see the pyramids the beautiful nature that God gives us and but go in the company of your friends something unforgettable

Beware of thieves - These scammers run a nice game. You can't take your bag on the hot air balloon, so they ask you to lock it up. There's a limited amount of lockers, and when I went, the locker I got had no key. I was adamant about having somewhere to lock my bag, and they finally agreed to "lock" it in the office. I took my phone, wallet and passport, but left everything else. When I got back to the city and emptied my bag, it was clear that it was gone through, not only because zippers were open, but the hidden cash was also missing. When I contacted the company, they essentially laughed at me and said that I should have checked before leaving and they could have "looked into it". A perfect tourist tax scam game. A nice $100 tip, and a reinforcement of the negative stereotype that Mexico isn't a safe country.
If you book any tours through a third party, be sure to demand its not with Von Navi. Or, be prepared to duck tape any money you bring to your body.
