Temazcal is a healing ceremony led by our shaman, designed to purify the body, balance the mind and spirit, and achieve a state of harmony, tranquility, and well-being. The ritual involves volcanic stones, heat, and medicinal plants, which, through infusions in water poured over the hot stones, create the steam essential for the ceremony. During this experience, participants connect with the Earth’s core and restore their energy balance. Temazcal is believed to symbolize the womb, and as participants exit the bath, they are symbolically reborn, rejuvenated, and revitalized, healing from within.
Gathered around the heat, participants learn the significance of silence, as well as the power of words and songs, discovering how to find harmony with one another.
After the ritual concludes, a refreshing shower further revitalizes participants, followed by a delightful meal of fresh fruits and juices, generously provided by Mother Nature.

Gathered around the warmth within the temazcal dome, participants will experience the steam from volcanic stones and the fragrance of medicinal plants. The body undergoes detoxification through perspiration, while the spirit is rejuvenated through the ritual. The temazcal is an integral part of a healing ceremony, guided by our shaman, where one can cleanse the body, balance the spirit, and attain a state of harmony, tranquility, and well-being.
During the ceremony, participants will connect with the earth’s core, aligning their energy.
The temazcal is thought to symbolize the womb, and upon exiting the steam bath, participants will feel symbolically reborn, rejuvenated, and revitalized, experiencing healing from within.
After the ritual concludes, a refreshing shower, fresh fruit, cool beverages, and relaxation in hammocks by the pool will complete the day.
