Highlight of our visit to Uluru - The highlight of our trip. Excellent guide and training. Safety and environmental focus as well as cultural sensitivity. Breakfast was not amazing (cold croissants etc.) but it is not about the food. Our guide was poetic, spiritual and perfect for such a sacred sight.

100% recommended! - I recently joined the Segway tour around the full base of Uluru on November 19, 2024, and I 100% recommend this experience to anyone visiting the area! Riding a Segway was incredibly fun and easy to learn, making it the best way to sightsee around Uluru. Otherwise, you’d need to walk more than 20,000 steps on your own! Our tour guide was awesome (I apologize for forgetting his name, but I’ve attached a photo). He provided clear instructions and was very patient, offering detailed explanations about Uluru's history and many useful insights. While he might not have been the best at photography, I believe giving us a bit more time for pictures would have enhanced the experience. The weather was perfect that day—clear skies and a pleasant chill. The tour ended by 10 AM, leaving plenty of time to enjoy other activities afterward. It was very time-efficient and a fantastic way to explore this stunning landmark. Highly recommended!

Great way to explore the area - Well organised tour with great guides who clearly and concisely explained some of the history of the region whilst safely navigating us around Uluru. Breakfast was simple but fresh and filling and the coffee was a godsend at 5am. Would recommend without hesitation. Top tip bring a fly headnet

Pleasant and safe. Check the weather before booking. - Pleasant pick up and breakfast. It rained, but guides were prepared for alternative plans and explained alternatives. Hot coffee provided. Apparently if rangers don’t permit it, the tour maybe cut short and replaced with a walk. Segway coaching done patiently by nick. Safe and pleasant experience with some explanation of certain rock formations.

Excellent Tour - We had a very early pick up from our hotel (4:45am) for a transport to a parking lot for breakfast. There wasn’t a whole lot on offer - some muffins and croissants. Unfortunately it started to rain during this time so everything had to be wrapped up without sufficient time to eat. We then headed to the park. It was awhile before we received confirmation that the tour would proceed since it is up to the rangers. But this was explained to us in good detail so everyone knew what was happening. We appreciated the safety protocols and protective gear including elbow pads, knee pads and helmet. It was great to have a practice run on their mini course to get a hang of the Segway. Our group was broken into two and we headed off first to start the ride around the base of Uluru. The ride is amazing as you get to see the rock from different angles and we had a good explanation of the folklore that the indigenous people have adopted. Only concern was when our guide Nick yelled at my husband in front of the entire group when he couldn’t hear what was being said while having our photo taken. It was unnecessary to sarcastically say “these aren’t difficult instructions” given my husband has a hearing problem. Perhaps a little more understanding would be appropriate. Other than that, it was a great morning and we would recommend this tour as a great way to see Uluru.
