- Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque - Grand Mosque Photo Stop only (if you start at 13:00 PM and on Fridays for prayer time)
We will take you through the beautiful city of Muscat, where we will first visit the grand mosque for a photo stop. Among other features, it boasts one of the largest single-piece handmade Iranian carpets in the world. The carpet weighs an impressive 21 tons and can comfortably accommodate up to 20,000 worshippers.
Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque is Closed on Fridays (For Friday Prayer) Just only Outside for Photo Stop.
- Al Alam Palace - The Al Alam Palace, “Palace of the Flag,” is located in Old Muscat, Oman. It was used as a ceremonial palace by Sultan Qaboos bin Said Al Said. One of six sultan residences of the monarch, it has a history of over 200 years and was built under the watch of Imam Sultan bin Ahmed, the 7th direct grandfather of Sultan Qaboos.
- Al Jalali Fort - Al Jalali Fort Photo Stop only.
Al Jalali Fort, or Ash Sharqiyah Fort, is situated in the harbor of Old Muscat, Oman. The fort was constructed by the Portuguese under Philip I of Portugal in the 1580s to protect the harbor after Muscat had twice been attacked by Ottoman forces. It fell to Omani forces in 1650. During the civil wars between 1718 and 1747, the fort was twice captured by Persians who had been invited to assist one of the rival Imams. The fort was extensively rebuilt later.

Fort Al-Mirani is a fort, originally built by the Portuguese, in the harbor of the city of Old Muscat, Oman.
- Mutrah Souq - Muttrah Souk is next, where you can find various souvenirs. Muttrah Souk is one of the oldest marketplaces in Oman, dating back two hundred years.

Enjoy Muscat guided by Hamod - I visited Muscat for the first time in Oman.
You were right to join this tour to make the most of your time.
Very comfortable transfer to your hotel.
Our guide, Mr. Hammod, was very kind and friendly and was happy to answer our simple questions, not to mention about Oman and the sights, and we had a very fun and meaningful time. (The guide is in English.)
In particular, the Grand Mosque is very spacious with limited time, so it was very good to be able to visit it smoothly with Hammod's guidance.
Had we visited here on our own, there was a good chance that we would probably have been lost or would have lost track of where to take off our shoes (shoe box) when we visited the prayer place.
In fact, some people have lost track of shoeboxes and look for them a lot.
He also told me where to take photos so I could take them beautifully, and I had good memories.
Even at the souk, I had fun teaching and giving advice when shopping.
The kalak tea was also very good.
Anyway, it was a quick and enjoyable time.
Recommended for those who want to enjoy Muscat effectively time!
Muscat was such a beautiful city.

Great time on Muscat City Tour - The tour guide, Hamod, did a very great job. He was on time at the pickup spot, provided us with cooled water. He was very well versed in details on the history of the mosque, the palace, harbor, forts and overall could provide many details to other topics as well.
Wen enjoyed our time and would book him again anytime.

Extremely interesting excursion - Everything was exactly what we had imagined and how we had imagined it.
Exact arrangement of the pick-up via WhatsApp before the trip, punctual pick-up and tour of all the previously agreed sights, with the mosque and the opera house standing out.
Knowledgeable guide who showed us everything interesting and explained it very clearly and gave us the time we needed to look around and take photos.

Good half day - Very interesting half day out with khlalil who took us to some places we wouldnt have otherwise gone to and also pointed extra things out along the way. Comfortable air conditioned car with a friendly guide

A quick Visit around Muscat - I had a quick stop over in muscat, so I book a muscat city tour with Oman Landscape Tours. Analiza response quickly and arrange my tour around muscat. I visited the Grand Mosque, Royal Opera, Muttrah Souk, Al Alam Palace, Parliament. The Car was clean and Comfortable. My guide Mohammed is n excellent guide. A great introduction to... - A great introduction to Muscat City. I highly recommend Hamood from Oman Landscapes tours who made sure we always got the best vantage points for pictures and provided interesting information on all historical sites that we visited. He took great care to make our tour comfortable, which was greatly appreciated as it was a hot day. We thoroughly enjoyed this tour.
