Fun and fantastic team - So I’m really apprehensive when I travel and book fun things to do in a different country. It’s not out of fear of the tour being bad. It’s more fear that certain places I do know to well and will there be an issue getting to the tour. Definitely hands down one of the best tours that I’ve been too as a solo traveler. The staff was amazing and they all loved what they were doing. The pick up shuttle was on time and once we go to the dock, it was a smooth process to check in. There was plenty of time for everything on the itinerary, and I did not feel like I was rushed. The snorkeling time was just right as well as the time on the beach. The team explained everything in great details and really made the trip awesome. When I return next year, I’m definitely booking this tour again!!

The Cuban professionals from Iberostar Ensenachos who, thanks to them, continue. - I want to talk about a resort in Cuba, the Iberostar Cayo Santa Maria, which does everything possible to offer very good service despite the challenges and shortcomings they have in Cuba in these difficult times. I really wanted to thank all the employees who made our vacation pleasant and relaxing by doing everything they could to make us feel good. I will start with the manager of the resort called Luis Angel who is very professional, efficient and always attentive and very loyal to his customers and who does an excellent job, I also want to thank the Customer Service Manager Geysi Otero Rojas who plays a very important role and who is present all the time and very efficient and compatible capable of resolving all the inconveniences and finding the best solutions, she is a woman who has a lot of experience and who knows very well how to overcome disadvantages, she is a remarkable woman. And I also want to talk about the two receptionists who put all their hearts into satisfying customers and providing them with excellent service. Zelma de la O Pérez and Brayan Parrado Manso with these last two you will have excellent service with always a smile and efficiency.

Wobbegong’s, octopus and the cast of finding neno - It was a great trip, even if the sun didn’t want to come out. The water clarity was spectacular you could see everything, got to see a lot of marine life including octopus, wobbegong, and the cast from finding nemo while snorkelling which was amazing. Even though the group we were in was a small number it did feel like a lot of flippers in your face while snorkeling, might have just been the group I was in that clustered together but I certainly think if there had of been the higher numbers that they can have, it wouldn’t have been as enjoyable, smaller numbers were pleasant minus the flippers to the face. The team were all great, they were just as excited to see the special marine creatures and obviously enjoy what they do. Got to have some free time at the beach which was great, attempted some paddle boarding, standing wasn’t my vibe apparently, next time. The day was overall a good adventure, anyone and everyone should go on the trip it’s well worth it the shipwrecks are alive with marine life which I hadn’t expected from previous snorkelling adventures I have been on at different locations in qld. This was by far the best yet. Memo to self next adventure bring a hoodie/warm clothes, certainly gets chilly even though the water was so lovely and warm.

Awesome day - Despite the rainy weather we had a fantastic day out. Snorkeling around the wrecks was amazing and the fish were all the commits of the rainbow. Would do this again in a heartbeat! The staff on our boat were fabulous and took great care of everyone. The food was also delicious.

Best day out! - I had the best day ever! They even had decaf coffee available. I was well prepared to snorkel by the staff. All of the staff was super prepared and made my trip enjoyable. The lunch was perfect. I try to eat low carb and there were lots of options. As well as higher carb options for those that wanted those. During the beach time, paddle boards were provided. I’ve been wanting to try it out, and I loved it! I think I’ll have to go home and take a class! The only thing I would have liked was more snorkeling time, but that might just be me.

Happy - Very happy, got to see dolphin, turtle and dugong. Good lunch, very nice crew. Got an hour on the beach after lunch which we took advantage of to swim again between the ships.

Rip off for what you get! - Definitely would not recommend this trip to anyone!! Staff were not friendly, especially the driver of our transport bus from the Gold Coast. She didn't talk to anyone the whole way back to Gold Coast (had a set of ear phones over her head, which usually indicates no-one talk to me!), and we got stuck in traffic for over an hour and a half and didn't bother to turn around advise passengers if the traffic was normal or not, leading us to believe that was normal and the travelling time was very long for the trip, and also appeared to be sick with a cold (my husband fell ill a couple of days later, not saying it was her, but lucky this trip was towards the end of our holiday). Food was average, only nice thing was the prawns. Only got to snorkel the wrecks for 30mins (should have been way longer considering the price we paid!!!) Overall very overpriced for what you get. Could have spent the $632NZ we paid, on more fun things on our holiday, like shopping! Poor Commnication all-round really. Looking at previous reviews on TripAdvisor the trip looked amazing and were so excited to do it, so have been left very disappointed.

Worst Moreton trip - The only good time for this tour was the time we were let go on the beach. The wreck dive was too dangerous with the waves and the current. It does not say that once you go snorkeling you are committed to 35 to 45 minutes. My wife can only do 20 minutes at most. We did not see any dolphin. If the Captain sees dolphins, then he stops and try to show them, so you may get lucky. Again the advertisement makes it sound that part of the tour is to look for dolphins which is a lie. We should have been dropped off on the main vessel from the small vessel, but instead we were stuck on the small vessel. There is no explanation as to where we can par the vehicle at the marina and no directions for the meeting point. The crew was disorganized. This is the worst tour we went on in Australia and I definitely do not recommend it to anyone.
