You'll love it! - Our guide was fantastic - friendly and knowledgeable. We had a great time on the segways; it only takes a few minutes to get used to them. It was a really fun way to see different parts of Munich. Highly recommend.

Best time in Munich - So much fun!!! Segways are the best way to see the important sights of a big city in a short time. Claudia was an excellent guide. She's a local and knew so much about the rich history of Munich. The equipment was top notch. All in all, it was the highlight of our time in Munich and we highly recommend Robot City Segway!

Great fun, rental facility itself needing attention - Yassin, our guide was great! A young man who was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about Munich. He made sure everyone was able to drive the Segway before heading off and was very conscientious of how everyone was doing along the tour. The only criticism is that the materials were not well maintained as well as the rental facilities. The Segways worked just fine, but it was difficult to find helmets which were in complete working order. And the restroom at their facility was not clean. Otherwise a good experience and 2 hours was perfect.

Great fun - Good fun. Our guide Jamal was brilliant. Mature for his age, calm and considerate, read people well, passionate about the city and his job. Accidents can happen so read the disclaimer carefully and make sure you’re insured. Great way to get around the city. Loved it and would do it again. Thank you.

Fun experience - Wow wee what a fun time we had. We had Rauen as our guide and he was amazing. Was a really fun experience. Rauen was very thorough going safety of using a Segway
