Beers, Bratwurst, and Bavarian Cheers – A Must-Do Munich Tour! - My wife and I had an amazing time on this Bavarian beer and food tour! The range of beers we got to try was really interesting, and the detailed explanation of the brewing process at the beer museum was a great touch. It gave us a whole new appreciation for how much history and craftsmanship go into every pint. Our guide, Dietmar, was fantastic—extremely knowledgeable not just about beer but also about the history of Munich itself. His explanations were detailed yet engaging, and he spoke excellent English, making it easy to follow along. He was also very friendly and took the time to chat one-on-one, which made the experience even better. The beers were excellent, with the lagers being our personal favorite—refreshing even in the cold weather! Pairing them with the pork sausages was a great combination. We also learned some fun facts, like how beer played a role in the invention of refrigeration and just how deeply it’s embedded in German culture. Of course, learning to cheers properly—Prost!—was a highlight. One of the best parts of the tour was being able to enjoy a beer while walking around in public, even on the train—something that would definitely not fly where we’re from! It made for a unique and enjoyable experience. We’d highly recommend this tour to anyone who enjoys beer, whether you're a casual drinker or a serious enthusiast. It’s a great way to learn more about Bavarian beer history, discover new favorites, and experience Munich like a local. Prost!

A fun day: evening out - Had a great time with a fun group of international travelers, enjoying great food and beer. Visited a bar, a German pub and ate pretzels then into a restaurant with a full German meal.

This tour is an absolute must-do while in Munich! - Even if you’re not a beer drinker, it’s an experience that checks all the boxes: educational, fascinating, a touch of city sightseeing, loads of fun, and, of course, great beer and delicious food! One of the most memorable aspects of the tour was meeting people from all over the world and sharing wonderful conversations. But without a doubt, the highlight of our experience was Mark, our incredible tour guide. His deep knowledge and passion for Munich’s beer traditions and history truly set this tour apart. Mark had a unique way of bringing the beer-making process and cultural traditions to life, ensuring everyone in the group had a fantastic time while learning so much about the city’s rich heritage.

Great beer and food! - This was a great introduction to Bavarian beer and local food. My husband and I had Sam as our guide, and he was knowledgeable and engaging with the group. Plus, he made sure we (vegetarians) had something we could eat. We would definitely recommend this to visitors new to Munich!
