A must-see!! - Great experience! Views were breathtaking. Our your guide was very knowledgeable and provided unknown facts of Munich and Hitler’s life/impact in Germany. She provided a special tour of Hilter’s old, bombed house.

Definitely worth a visit - Our guide, Ursula, was fantastic. She had such energy and knowledge of the region and history of Bavaria. Despite the dark history of the tea house, it is now preserved and presented in a way to learn from the past. The scenery is beautiful and should not be missed.

Eagles Nest trip - Fantastic full day out with a great guide. We spent the day at the Eagles Nest and did the Museum tour afterwards which was brilliant and informative. The coach ride was easy to catch and the scenery was spectacular. We had lunch at Berchtesgaden and visited the small shops at the bottom of the mountain. Worth a visit for a humbling and thought provoking experience.

Loved the eagles nest!... - Loved the eagles nest! Could use more time up at the summit though as the time went very quick! Even just another 30 minutes would help out a great deal!

Eagles nest was closed.... - Eagles nest was closed. They didn’t not confirm this until we were on the bus 30 minutes. They replaced eagles nest with the salt mines. This was a fun activity but we had 2 in our group with claustrophobia. They would never have been able to participate in the salt mines. They spent all day on a bus to do nothing

Very interesting trip but disappointed I've been charged twice for it - Great trip, very interesting. Johnny, the tour guide was informative & gave lots of interesting facts & information on the way through Munich and on the journey as well as at the Eagles Nest. The Document Centre was very well done & the bunkers were a real eye opener. I would have given the experience a higher mark but unfortunately I was charged twice for the Eagles Nest shuttle bus/visit. The guide takes payment for 35 Euro per person on the bus, the connection wasn't great & it looked as though the payment for 2 people hadn't gone through, the payment couldn't have been cancelled properly when I paid again on another card, so I was charged 70 Euro by both Banks. I contacted the bus Comapny where the payment had gone, they replied immediately & sent a nice email to apologise, asked me to contact Viator & they would refund. I have e-mailed Viator Customer Services, but a few days later haven't received a response. The guide said there are often issues with taking payments on the move, but there isn't an option to pay in cash, so maybe the payment should be taken at the time of booking. As this must happen regularly, I'm disappointed Viator haven't responded & rectified immediately.
