Very good tour with Aryan (Guide) and Shamsher (Driver) - Great tour of a mumbai slum and other very interesting sites (such as: gate of mumbai, mumbai central train station,…). A special mention to our tour guide, Aryan, who was very engaging and did a great job to keep us entertained! The lunch place that he recommended was also good! Our driver, Shamsher, did a great job driving us around (particularly in the mumbai traffic😅). Would definitely recommend this company if you are looking to get a feel of the mumbai lifestyle and an eye opening experience in the Dharavi slum!

Perfect tour guide Aryan & driver Rafik! - Excellent tour by Aryan, a young and professional tour guide. Patient, calm and composed in handling any situation. Polite, friendly, helpful, sincere and kind. It’s really hard to find such a committed and professional tour guide nowadays. He’s down to earth too. He bought me cold drink as the weather was burning and refused to take my money. He spoke good and clear English and explained everything in detailed for the slum and Mumbai sightseeing tour. He’s definitely a gem to the company & I’m sure all the guests will love him. Double thumbs up to Aryan & will engage his service for my future trip! The driver, Rafik was punctual, picked me up from the hotel timely and drove us safely for the whole day. He’s friendly and professional and has a smiling face same as Aryan. It will be perfect if his car’s AC is cold then I wouldn’t perspire while on the road. The tour company is also very professional. Replied my WhatsApp and arranged the driver to pick me up from hotel timely although my hotel was not in the preferred hotel list. Overall, I’m very happy with the service!

I booked a private tour... - I booked a private tour but only half of my tour was private. I was met 30 minutes late and then waited on a car for an additional 30 minutes. The owner or manager was very rude. He told me to be happy with what I got because of the amount of cruisers. The night before I was told my tour wouldn’t be private so I canceled. The company followed up that they could do a private after all. I book private tours for a reason, I’m an in shape 42 year old who likes to move fast and do as much as possible. If I pay for a private tour I expect to be on a private tour.
