- Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus - Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus, which was previously known as Victoria Terminus, is among the busiest railway stations in the country. An outstanding example of Victorian-Gothic architectural style, the railway station is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This splendid edifice, designed by F. W. Stevens, was built in the year 1887 to celebrate the Golden Jubilee of Queen Victoria. The terminus was officially renamed as Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus in 1996.
The terminus building has striking stone domes, pointed arches, beautiful turrets and eccentric ground plan that leave onlookers amazed. The stained-glass windows enhance the exquisiteness of the terminus’ impressive façade. The terminus serves as a terminal for both local and long-distance trains of the Mumbai Suburban Railway. Frequented by commuters and history buffs, Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus is among the most popular places of tourist interest in the city.

Mumbai Best Experience - It has been an amazing experience . The highlight of our tour was Bollywood . We were in an actual set while recording a live production, it was an amazing experience ! Thanks to our tour guide Tasneem!

Life changing tour - This was an unbelievable experience. The tour led by Rahul through his home of Dharavi is an experience i will never forget and can hardly describe. We wanted our 3 western kids to see how people live differently in a different country to Nz. We were amazed by the entire experience. The largest slum in India is a vibrant, compelling illustration of discipline, sacrifice, innovation and resilience which is surely unique among human kind. Not to be missed this experience can change your life. and it absolutely requires a skilled professional guide which mr Rahul certainly is. Being a Dharavi native he can show you what so few can from the outside. It’s literally beyond words . . .

Really impressive mumbai slums - It was an amazing experience . My guide Kamlesh really showed everything. I was very impressed. The slum are a hole community. They got factories , houses , stores!

Lets talk slum tours - I am not intending to harme this tour guide , thus the excellent rating ... I want to talk to the tourist here. I have spent 3 years on the ground in India. You do not need a guide for the slums... instead spread your money around with the poor... really if you see the poor as an attraction there is something wrong in your own soul ..., I am happy to see this particular guide is well resepected .... but really? you need to tour pour people to entertain yourself and have stories to tell then take measure of your self. We visited slums on our own ... take some street smarts ...take some compassion
they are the communities on thier own of humans just trying to make it through another day....

Great experience - This tour was a great experience to see the basic Mumbai tourist spots before venturing out on your own. Lawrence was the perfect guide - friendly, talkative and knowledgeable. He allowed for flexibility on the tour and pointed out a good lunch spot and another for purchasing souvenirs. I highly recommend him!

A Must Do - Well curated & competitively priced tour that covers the essence of Mumbai. A must do . Rahul the tour guide did a great job in bringing out the best with well paced commentary & he gave us sufficient time to look see. Plus he is a expert on slums as he lives in it!
