Stress free transportation - Booked airport pickup and return with Merida Elite before our trip to Merida. Highly recommend this for travelers coming into the city. Upon our arrival our driver was waiting by the exit doors to the parking lot with our name and we were driven to our destination in the city easily and without any hassle. The same for the pickup for departure. Our driver showed up 10 minutes early to our Airbnb to take us back to the airport with an easy drop off. No hassles, air-conditioned vans with plenty of room, and both of our drivers were very nice and helpful. The pricing is very reasonable and we were so glad that we chose this service since it took away any stress of finding a taxi. The company was very quick to answer my questions via email and they provide very good information for the service overall.

Amazing service! Will use again. - Driver was amazing. He had to wait for us for a bit because our flight was delayed. He was very patient. The ride to the hotel was amazing. Our driver was very knowledgeable about the town and about events happening that day. He made us feel very welcomed. Van was very comfortable and large.

On Time and Excellent Service! - On our arrival at midnight our driver Abi was there ready and waiting with our name and when we left we had a 330 am pick up and he was there ready and waiting! Made our trip a breeze!

Alex and Viator saved the Day - Alex had a large printed sign with my name on it at the airport. We get to my AIRB&B and we could not get access. Alex waited and walked with us. We were able to talk with an expat about locating our house to no avail. The expat invited us insider and we thanked Alex profusely. Little did I know that Alex drove off with my purse/passport. I was ONLY able to track him down because of VIATOR!! I called Viator, they contacted Alex, and he came to our (new) hotel three times so that he could hand me the purse in person.
