Our wonderful (and... - Our wonderful (and patient) guide made this experience fun and safe, while teaching us a bit about how glaciers work and their history. The glacier itself is spectacular!! What an honor to walk on top of this black and white marvel! (Trust the crampons!)

Trip Highlight - We were uncertain what to expect, but our guides helped to make this a highlight of our trip. They were helpful with assisting us as a family and made sure we had were able to enjoy together. Incredible experience that gave us a true feel of Iceland.

A must do experience! - This was a fantastic experience! Our guide, Angie, was delightful. She was a wealth of information about the glacier and its features. She provided clear instructions for safety and success. Overall, it was amazing!!! To note: if you are on in years and have achy knees, this might take a toll due to the way to walk on the ice with crampons.

Out of this world - Can't say enough about how.amazing this was. Our guide Steve was a truly special human being who made sure that my parents in their 70s were not only safe but also were successful by scaling
the massive glacier. The views are truly out of this world and it is for sure something I will never forget or be able to replicate. Some things to note: the tour is described as easy, but you are certainly exhausted at the end of it, the walk from the parking lot to the glacier and back at the end is surprisingly long and then of course you ascend the glacier afterwards. Just something to keep in mind. Totally doable, but you will be tired. Our guide Steve was an angel since he made sure we all stuck together as a team and didn't rush anyone to over exert. He is a gem and the experience is unmatched.

Glacier hiking!! - It was my friend and Is first time seeing and hiking in the glacier, it was an amazing experience and the tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was safe, fun and memorable experience for us both. Definitely recommend this tour if you are in the area!

Great family experience - Excellent activity, very nice and informative!
We did it as a family, children 10 and 12, the scenery is beautiful, and the experience really unique.
Visit in English, but special dedication to Mathilde, our French Guide recently landed in Iceland who knew how to be super pedagogue with children!

Do it! Hike the glacier! - Everything was smooth and easy with this company. From booking to finding the location, all went as planned. Our guide, a young woman originally from Hungary, was enthusiastic and gave clear directions. The hike itself was amazing. Beautiful scenery and just the right level of adventure! At first I was concerned that our adventure would negatively impact the glacier, but I came away with a better understanding of what I need to do to keep our natural beauty. There is no lecture, just being on the glacier made me want to help keep it around!!
