Fabulous tour of the Spring Mountains - Thank you very much to Max for being a wonderful tour guide. This was part of my 40th birthday celebrations and he made the day very enjoyable by being a knowledgeable and caring guide. Sledding was great fun to start the morning off, and we absolutely loved Lee Canyon and the Retreat at Mount Charleston. From start to finish, we thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Thank you again! Colder than cold - Driver was great. He offered to text me a picture. I never got it. Snow was so hard to walk in. I am a senior & I would sink 2 feet each step. I had to bring the sled up to the top of the hill. I slipped and fell. My hands felt like they had frost bite. Mittens should be sold on the bus.

Unexpected destinations added time to the tour - The tour was for Mount Charleston. Only mount Charleston. When we got into the car, we were informed that we were going to be going to go to 2 additional locations prior to going to mount Charleston. Apparently 2 of the other passengers were with us just to go to the Las Vegas sign and the Seven Magic Mountains. Then we would bring that couple back to their hotel before heading to Mount Charleston. We had already been to those sights on a previous tour so this was not something we signed up for. Anyway, it took almost 2 hours to get to those 2 locations and get the 1 couple back to their hotel before we could finally start on the Mount Charleston tour that I signed up for, there is so much to do in Vegas so I was not happy that we wasted almost 2 hours sitting in the car. The tour guide was nice and took lots of photos of us which I appreciated when we finally got to the mountain.

Drive in snow. - Driver had issues with the Van, started snowing and he was not prepared, got stuck when he went off side of road. The van windshield wipers need to be replaced and defroster did not work, driver had to constantly wipe windshield off while driving, felt very unsafe.
