Tomi is the best - We signed up for this experience not exactly sure what we were getting ourselves in to. It is a lot of driving. Like, a lot. And the roads are very windy and bumpy which meant motion sickness for some of the people on our group. But I can’t hold that against Tomi our driver. He was wonderful. Very friendly and patient with our six kids. He shared facts and stories about Bosnia throughout the trip. He was a very safe and considerate driver. He stopped when we needed a water or coffee break. He recommended an excellent restaurant in Mostar. This was the best possible way to take a day trip from Croatia into Bosnia. I’m not sure I would ever do this trip again as the motion sickness was hard for some of us, but Tomi was an excellent driver and made an excursion like this a fun and safe adventure!

Long day but absolutely worth it! Tomi rocks. - We had a long, but exciting, interesting day. Toni did a great job driving us, guiding us, recommending restaurants etc and providing commentary not just on the places we visited but the country we passed and some history. Mostar is all about the bridge, a great lunch and some shopping, the waterfalls chilly water is just what you need to cool (bring togs) and all places were busy and quite vibrant. Prices in Bosnia were good too.

Long day with a lot of sights to see ! - Waterfalls and Mostar bridge were very nice . It was a long and hot day - we still Enjoyed it . Tomi was very accommodating and his English was mostly good . Van was comfortable . . Suggestions - Hard to hear him the back . He can switch off the radio when he is speaking and speak a little Louder . 1 st stop at cafe in Neum could have been shorter with longer stop at waterfall

Great! - Great tour, but a very long day. Mostar was the highlight, with Tomi giving us a brief walking tour and recommending a (very good) restaurant for lunch, then leaving plenty of free time for us to explore. The waterfalls were a good opportunity cool off after visiting Mostar - a swim was a welcome relief after temperatures of about 42 in Mostar!

Good Taste of Bosnia & Herzegovina - Great tour … enjoyed seeing Mostar & Kravica Falls. Our guide Tomi also added things to the tour on the way so we weren’t driving constantly and getting breaks on the 3+ hour drive. Tomi is a great guy and I highly recommend him.

Knowledgeable tour guide. Great trip - We booked this trip as a family to benefit from the knowledge of the tour guide and it was well worth it. It was an excellent 12 hour sightseeing trip in an air conditioned people carrier with a number of stops - Dubrovnik bridge, ancient UNESCO grave site, Mostar, Kravica water falls and Pocitelj amongst others. Tomi was very knowledgeable pointing out various sights along the way so definitely worth it compared to just renting a car. Thank you Tomi.

At least you can say you've been there - The falls were beautiful but Mostar was a little disappointing, even the bridge. It was summer in Europe so we undertand, but it was hot and EVERYTHING was extremely crowded. It was hard to justify a 12 hour (not kidding) bus ride for what we saw.

Honest but flawed small group experience - An honest but flawed small group experience. Depending on who you are, this could be great or poor. Tomislav is a one man show. He’s the owner, the driver and the guide. You should be prepared for a full 12 hours, it will take at least that long. Also, the waterfall was a bit disappointing. Extremely full of tourists, borderline unpleasant. The old bridge in Mostar is the same, but the area around it is nice. The pros: He’s very knowledgeable and cares about explaining details about the region he really cares deeply about. He’s also very flexible, offering to stop at great picture spots, local shops along the way and happy to extend or shorten the experience according to the customer wishes. Crossing the border in a small group is also much faster than in a bus. Both ways. The cons: he talks very softly and therefore it is hard for folks sitting towards the back of the van to hear and understand anything. We also had concerns with his driving - he was inattentive at times, resulting in multiple hard stops and frequent lane excursions.

Poorly planned tour - avoid. - Never actually got to go on this tour. Booked to go and when selecting my hotel, I marked down "my hotel is not listed" since it wasn't and waited on the company to let me know where they'd pick me up. Didn't hear anything by the night before the tour, so decided to email the company. Had a response from Tomi that they could pick me up from near to where I was staying, at a different postcode up the road from where I was. This was fine and just to check in case they'd got the address wrong, I asked if they meant outside my address. Confirmed that no, they meant up the road from where I was staying. In the morning, I waited at where Tomi said he would stop but they didn't arrive. Tomi rang me to ask where I was and I said I was where they'd asked me to wait. As Tomi had a strong accent and it was noisy by the road, it was difficult to hear what he was saying but at no point did he decide to tell me where he actually was. He kept saying to come to the spot, not keep holding everyone up and that if I didn't get there in 5 minutes he was leaving. Confusingly when he rang me a second time he asked me to say what was near to where I was, so he could pick me up, which I did and then he replied by still telling me to get to where he was?? Tomi whatsapped me with a picture of where he was and a screenshot of a map (with no actual markings on it) and then said he'd driven off. By the time I realised where was (just outside my apartment) he'd gone. Having told me the day before he couldn't wait at my address and that he definitely meant the address he'd told me. An absolute farce and hoping to get a refund from the organiser (but not holding my breath) as Tomi was incredibly unhelpful and rude. If he's like that I can't imagine he would run the tour very well anyway as he's very disorganised and unpleasant to talk too.
