Day 01 – Moshi to Tarangire National Park

Tarangire National Park - The journey begins from Moshi to Tarangire National Park, renowned for its large elephant herds. Groups of up to 300 elephants dig the dry riverbed for hidden streams, while migratory wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, impala, gazelle, hartebeest, and eland gather around the dwindling lagoons. This park boasts the highest concentration of wildlife outside the Serengeti ecosystem, offering a feast for predators. It is the only place in Tanzania where dry-country antelope like the elegant fringe-eared oryx and the unique long-necked gerenuk are frequently seen. During the rainy season, these seasonal visitors disperse over a 20,000 sq. km (12,500 sq. miles) area until the green plains are depleted, and the river beckons them back. Enjoy an exciting game drive in Tarangire, followed by dinner and an overnight stay at Twiga campsite.

Tarangire National Park to Serengeti National Park

Serengeti National Park - After an early morning breakfast, the driver guide will take you from Tarangire to Serengeti National Park. Experience the vast open plains and breathtaking skies of the Serengeti. Delight in a picturesque four-hour drive, full-day game drives, and a late evening game drive. Dinner and overnight accommodation will be at Seronera Campsite.

Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater

Ngorongoro Crater - Following breakfast, travel from Serengeti to Ngorongoro. After a leisurely morning and an early lunch, enjoy game viewing en route from Serengeti to Ngorongoro, arriving late in the evening to spend the night on the crater rim. Dinner and overnight stay will be at Ngorongoro Simba Campsite.

Ngorongoro Crater to Moshi

Ngorongoro Crater - After an early breakfast, head directly to the crater floor for a full-day crater game drive with picnic lunches, where you can observe all the “big five” animals. Later, return to the airport or hotel in Moshi.
