Great Guide to discover Fes and its surroundings - Thanks to Ismael for showing us Meknes and Volubilis while telling us many anecdotes about the surroundings. It is therefore naturally that we called on him for a second excursion to the middle Atlas once again successful. Ishmael is very kind and full of knowledge.

Excellent new agent with good tours - We stumbled upon this agent while walking around Fez’ Medina looking for a taxi to visit just Volubilis, the roman ruins. We where impressed by Fatima’s kindness, languages’ knowledge, communication skills and professionalism. She arranged a custom trip to Volubilis for us with an also very professional driver.
I recommend her and this agent also based on the trips and tours they suggest. They are created around travellers real needs and concerns. For example, their Medina tour is shopping free, thus avoiding all the unnecessary hustle and -sorry to say- sometimes scams of some shops.

Great excursions with Ismaël - We first met Ismaël when we arrived in Fes since he came to pick us up at the airport. From the start, we appreciated this very pleasant young man who spoke to us about the culture and life of Fes. We therefore chose to do the excursion with him to the surroundings of Fes, the Royal Palace, etc. It seemed logical to us to leave with him for the excursion to Meknes and Volubilis.
We recommend Ismaël to all future clients for his professionalism.

Day trip from Fes to Volubilis, Meknes and Moulay Idriss - This was the second activity I did with Medina Tours. The excursion started with my punctual pickup directly to my Riad in Fes. Aladdin, the driver, was a friendly escort, pleasant conversation (he speaks great Italian) throughout the day.
Both Volubilis and Meknes had already organized my tour with an accredited local guide.
In Meknes Said he was more than a guide a teacher: of history, architecture, religion. Person of marked intelligence and sympathy.
I absolutely recommend Medina Tours and its founder Mohammed to organize tours in Morocco, not only in the Fes area.

Very enjoyable experience - The one day trip to Meknes and Volubilis was a wonderful experience, worth both the time and the travel.
Our driver Omar Zaaza was amazing, he was open to help us both with the timetables we requested and the restaurants we wanted to go to.
He kept us very good company, explained everything about the countryside, took photos of us and also he came to pick us up in the Riad, inside the Medina, helping us with the orientation.

Good day trip - Our driver was Amin. He was kind and professional, he took us everywhere and gave us some information of the places we were visiting. He let us stay in every place as long as we wanted. On the way back to Fez he even took us to see the Royal Palace because he knew we hadn't seen yet. I have to say that it is an expensive service (it'd be much cheaper if you rented a car), but on the other hand is quite convenient and you don't waste any time.

Highly recommended. - Highly recommended excursion. Surprising landscapes, unforgettable experience. We did three full-day excursions with Youseff, makes in addition to all the above the excursion is very fun and interesting for your comments and knowledge of the areas that are visited, your tips when you have time to walk are to take them very into account. Volubilis deserves its own tour - Volubiis is amazing! We spent 2 hours there, but could have stayed there twice as long. Lots of signs to explain things, so guide probably not necessary. Rest of trip a little hitand-miss. Passed an ancient Muslim villagem but non Muslims aren't allowed o enter, so we missed a couple of hings we'd hoped o see. When we got back to Fes, we contacted the man who runs the how in Fes and he showed up personally to meet with us and try to set hings right. He ended up providing a ride to and from the centre of LaVille Nouvlle for us and on the wy back mad acouple detours to show us something we hadn't seen before. This guy bent over backwards to keep his clients happy.

Trip to Volubilis, Moulay Idriss, Meknès - Hi Cham drove us to Meknès and was happy to stop when we wanted to take photos or to look at scenery. I was eager to see how the olives are harvested and he managed to arrange that experience for me with local workers in the fields.
With Hi Chan’s knowledge of Moulay Idriss, we enjoyed a fabulous meal - our favorite in Morocco.

Great customer service - My boyfriend and I took the day trip to Volubilis, Moulay Idriss, and Meknes with medina tours. While we were disappointed with the quality of our tour guide and explored most of the sites on our own, upon our return, Mohammed, the manager was extremely apologetic, receptive to our feedback and rectified the situation with professionalism.
