Inoubliable - Surprising experience: no noise, no wind, no parasitic movement: you really feel like you're floating above the world. A great pilot (Mathew) who answered all the questions and asked us gently. Perfect organization from pick-up to return to the hotel. Hats off to the entire ground crew for preparing the ball and returning to base.

Recommended, definitely do! - It was a great experience. Getting up very early, but it's definitely worth it when you see the sun rise. All those other balloons in the sky is also very nice to see. Choose (one of) the cheapest providers, because you will all end up at the same starting point and will be divided among the various balloons.

Incredible experience! - Pros: Pilot (Rego) was fantastic. Had the largest balloon in Morocco. One of first balloons to take off. Flew us high, low, away from the crowds of balloon and for over an hour. Calm winds and not too cold. Buffet breakfast was good. Great value with this operator. Same experience as others and good price. Impressive operation and a hard-working crew. Shuttle bus was clean and fine. After the flight, bought the drone video — good quality — and the photographer added some photos he took of our family for no additional charge. Highly recommended! Cons: Pickup disorganized. Meeting time was 4:45 but we weren’t picked up til 5:15. Picked up in small car and then transferred to shuttle bus. However, we still made it on time for the sunrise so it was no problem. On return, it seemed the driver just wanted to drop us off where we’d still have a 35 min walk back to our hotel. But after some persistence he drove us to the place by our hotel that was the original pickup point. Despite these inconveniences, would still recommend and book again.

Amazing experience - This was my first time doing a hot air balloon and it was AMAZING! I never realized how much goes into getting the balloon up then down. The Berber breakfast was amazing as well! Highly suggest to anyone! We had to wake up 4am but it was worth every second!

Spectacular - Picked up in the morning just after 5am. Was up in the air to see the sunrise in the balloon. Great value and great experience.

Unforgettable - An expensive treat but an absolute must-do if visiting Marrakesh. Be prepared for an early start that soon pays off with breathtaking views followed by breakfast. A well run excursion.

Hot air balloon - I put 3 for the balloon experience which was superb. Frankly beautiful. But your driver, you serious guys... Either he had smoked or I don't know.. Anyway he arrived 30 minutes late. At 5am it's a bit painful but above all, the driving was CATASTROPHIC. We almost had an accident twice. Everyone was outraged. Anyway, do something with this gentleman who is a danger on the road.

No communication - I tried for many weeks to contact the provider to confirm pick-up but to no avail. On the booking there were 2 pick up time options. I chose 7am. The morning of the trip we got a telephone call at 5.25am to say they were picking us up! Shocking communication and for that reason I would never use this company again! The actual balloon ride was amazing. No hanging about and straight on with it. Breakfast could have been better.

Disappointed - Poor experience / disappointing day. Having been picked up from our hotel around 5am, we set off in excitement. When we arrived at the departure location, we were split into our flying groups and told to wait until further details. It’s apparent that the area is shared with other balloon providers, who were starting to fill their balloons and get ready for take off. However- this provider (who had approx 7-8 balloons), were not setting up which led to some confusion. We were then made aware that they were waiting for the wind to slightly reduce.. However when you then started to see all the other companies take off (and hear the cheers from their balloon baskets).. we were then surrounded by many disappointed people, still waiting and waiting for some movement… which never came.. then after seeing all other balloons fly off into the distance, we were then informed our flights were cancelled. As yet, I have not received any refund nor really know who to contact to chase up… So very disappointing. I get the “safety first” element, however when you see circa 10-15 other balloons set off.. that does leave you disappointed/ frustrated. which has other providers all in the same area.
