A definite highlight of our trip! - Had an amazing time hiking and kayaking with Jen and Moose Pass Adventures! She was so knowledgeable not only about the history of Alaska and the local area, but also about all of the wildlife in the area and plant life we saw along the way. She had fantastic stories and did a great job keeping us entertained and also giving us plenty of time just to take in the breathtaking scenery all around us. We did the Grant Lake Express Tour and that was the perfect combination of challenging and within scope for our skills. We were a 3-generation group (our 10-year old son, us, and my in-laws) and Jen kept a pace that was great for all of us and a conversation that kept everyone involved. The equipment was also in fantastic shape and everyone else we met along the way was also really nice. Moose Pass is a beautiful town and our only regret was that we didn't get a chance to spend more time to check out other spots in town (although we did make sure to check out Estes General Store for ice cream). We hope to swing back through on our way back to the airport at the end of our trip. Thank you, Jen and Moose Pass Adventures, from the Rodrigue family!
