A Must-Do Culinary Experience – Authentic, Delicious, and Fun! - What an amazing class! Stevenson and Audrey made myself and my husband feel right at home in their beautiful cooking space on the island of Mo’orea. We prepared a variety of traditional dishes – all of which were delicious. It was clear that they both had a passion for food and culture. They not only taught us how to make the dishes but also took the time to explain the history and traditions behind them. There is an organic garden on the grounds where many of the ingredients are sourced from. Everything was so fresh! If you are interested in truly experiencing Tahitian culture this is a DO NOT MISS experience. The meal we had here was one of the best of our trip!

We loved hearing and learning about the Polynesian culture through their eyes. We made a delicious meal that locals would eat normally. Even had leftovers to take home. Tradition, transmission, updating: long live the local! - Thank you Audrey for hosting us as part of this collective project on "local eating". The interns were super interested, you gave them a lot of tips to improve their daily lives. An invitation to a more global reflection too. We left delighted with these exchanges, taken on your time: mauruuru roa!

Amazing Time! Wonderful Experience! - Audrey and Stevenson are amazing people. Such passion for sustainable food production, culturally sensitive treatment of local cuisine and amazing food. Hands on experience was great. It was fun meeting other foodies interested in Polynesian cuisine and got to eat poisson cru, breadfruit, po’e, coconut bread and other local specialties. One of the better experiences I’ve had with a cooking class… Audrey and Stevenson are wonderful hosts… intelligent, passionate and love speaking about local cuisine and culture.

100% recommend, amazing experience! - We loved the experience and we couldn’t recommend it more! Audrey and Stevenson are super welcoming, we learned so many things of the local culture with them, not only about the food we were cooking, but about the way of living in Polynesia. Everything was sooo tasty! Best raw tuna we had in the islands. They respect the land and it shows in the way they cultivate and in their products. We’re really glad we came and we will recommend it to all our friends and family if they come to French Polynesia. We already recommended it to people we met after the experience.
