Arrive 30 mins early to find parking. Enter The Wharf (opposite Sealife Aquarium), walk past Spero Greek Restaurant, and down the jetty in front of Prawn Star Trawlers. We’re at the end. Board 15 mins before departure. Call 0447 085 521 or visit Saltwater Experiences (opposite Spero).

Unique experience worth trying! - This was an absolutely grand time, the food and drinks were delicious (try the chili marg if you get the chance!) and the tour people were lovely. I enjoyed the playlist they had on, and when they were talking it was very informative. For the price it was well worth it. The boat too was very clean and quaint, but I’d bring a hat and sunglasses for sure in case you get stuck in the sun for a part of the cruise. This is a very unique and well done experience to try out!

Relaxed but interesting. - A thoroughly enjoyable experience. The boat trip takes you along the Mooloola River and into adjacent canals. Some amazing waterfront homes to see. The staff were brilliant- the skipper explained all about the bushtucker (and not in a preachy way). The entire crew were very friendly and seemed genuinely pleased to serve us. The food was superb- not a huge amount but adequate. Very tasty and unique. We were also blessed with a magical sunny day. Five stars!

A lovely way to soak in some culture - We enjoyed a fantastic afternoon cruise with beautiful food and commentary that was educational without being overwhelming or preachy. The staff were professional and friendly. Would highly recommend this cruise.

Fantastic Bush Tucker & Cruise - One of the best river cruises we have ever been on. Simon is extremely knowledgeable, the staff are delightful & the food is fantastic. We loved the leisurely pace & seeing the houses from the water. Our extended family ranged from 4years old to over 70 - there was something for everyone. A great cruise.

A fantastic cultural experience. Beautiful scenery, delicious food and informative commentary. - The yacht was stunning, a real treat to travel on something with such history. Simon’s cultural commentary was a real joy, with fascinating information about the yacht, the flora and fauna, the food and the cultural relevance of it all. The food by Jenna was delicious and complimented the cultural essence of the trip beautifully. These guys have really considered how they can make every aspect and enjoyable and chilled experience for you, thoroughly recommended.

Thank you - Our Fishing group consisting of members with disabilities and support workers from Sunshine Butterflies had a wonderful time aboard the Bushtucker Tour.
The vessel is accessible, the staff amazing and so accommodating.
The food incredible. We highly recommend and will be back again.
Thank you to the crew for making our experience so enjoyable.

Culture meets culinary delights. - A very relaxed tour around the waterways of Mooloolaba. The food experience was excellent and especially loved the Bunya Hummus. Hope to return for a sunset cruise next time.

Unique, memorable experience - If you’re looking for a unique, delicious, and memorable experience, this cruise is a must. Incredible food created by Josie, great drinks, a stunning boat, and a team that genuinely loves what they do. Thank you to Simon, Jenna & Josie for a very special birthday celebration, had the best day! it was the perfect combination of gourmet and relaxed coastal vibes. Highly recommended!

Great day on the water - A very pleasant couple of hours cruising the Mooloolaba waterways with the excellent commentary and food. I'm a non seafood eater but my dietary restrictions were catered for with delicious alternatives. My husband does eat seafood and said it was very tasty.
