Led by experienced ghost-hunter Dominique Desormeaux from 13 Spirits Paranormal, Haunted Montreal’s “Paranormal Investigation – Old Sainte Antoine Cemetery” invites participants on an exciting journey into the enigmatic realm of ghost-hunting.
Between 1799 and 1855, Sainte Antoine Cemetery was the final resting place for around 70,000 individuals, many of whom were laid to rest in mass graves due to a series of Cholera outbreaks that affected the city.
Currently, the old cemetery lies just beneath two of Montreal’s most beautiful and frequented urban parks – Dorchester Square and Place du Canada. These locations are a significant hub for paranormal activity in Downtown Montreal.

The Ghost Walk begins at the statue of Sir Wilfred Laurier in the southern part of Dorchester Square near René Lévesque Boulevard (Peel Metro). Please arrive approximately 5-10 minutes before the adventure starts.

Amazing experience - Amazing experience!! Went there with my date, we both enjoyed it!! The group was great!! Lots of history that my date and I learnt. Would recommend to go alone, with friends date or whoever! Also the guide was really nice!

A must for paranormal enthusiasts! - An informative historical account of early life in Ville-Marie. Dom, the paranormal investigator was great. An excellent opportunity to experiment with the equipment that ghost hunters use.

Highly recommend this is a super fun experience - We did the paranormal investigation at Dorchester Square with Dominique as our guide and it was such a fun experience. Dominique had a lot of interesting historical information to share and helped us connect with the ghosts. My mom who‘s a skeptic and only came because my sister couldn’t come, actually loved the experience and now believes.
I highly recommend this experience if you’re ever in Montreal. Absolutely planning on doing it again.

Great tour for paranormal enthusiasts - The tour was really well done; Dom was a great tour guide! Despite the rain, he made a good time of it, telling us about the history of Montreal and about the paranormal spirits we may encounter.
We used an EMF reader and spirit radio, which was a very cool experience, even though some of the spirits that day were quiet.
I would recommend trying this tour!

Despite the rain, we had a great time and learned a lot. - Thanks to Dominique from Investigation 13 for this visit, especially rich in historical information. If you like details this is THE perfect guide. Despite the rain all evening, we managed to get in touch with the deceased thanks to different accessories and applications that Dominique had the patience and pleasure to explain to us how they work. Excellent activity for those who are starting to learn this type of activity. Excellent way to encourage interest in history and architecture among our teenagers. I was there with my big “little” 15-year-old teenager and Dominique was careful to filter the information at the beginning, himself a dad, until I authorized him not to put a filter, my daughter being a fan of horror films and scary stories. I encourage you to say so if this is the case to ensure you have an experience that meets your expectations. Unfortunately yesterday some accessories did not work well but it happens and we were still able, in a team of 2, to use an electromagnetic field detector. There were cat balls, a music box and a bluetooth radio with an application to hear the answers. I simply suggest that organizers include some basic applications as references in the activity sheet that can be downloaded before the activity and learned to use once there.

Paranormal family investigation - We very much enjoyed the visit with our guide Dominique. The historical component helps us understand why the places visited are haunted. We really liked the part where we became paranormal investigators with the different devices in the guide. We were able to establish a few contacts with entities and hear their voices. Dominique knows his subject very well and he answers all our questions.
I booked this activity for my spouse who is a fan of paranormal shows without her knowing what we were going to do on a Saturday night in Montreal. She was really surprised when she knew she was going to do a paranormal investigation herself and she loved the experience.

Fun night in downtown - It was interesting learning the history of the park Dorchester square. Using the equipment was fun but hard when outside around so much, noises, people, etc.
I enjoyed myself was a fun night. Dominic was very knowledgeable and involved everyone in the investigation.
Good for active people, I am a bit of a couch potato so at some point I had to sit instead of stand for the tour. Other than that I was pleased with the experience. All in all I enjoyed learning and doing it in person like I have seen on the shows ghost Hunter and kindled spirits etc.
