We had a wonderful time... - We had a wonderful time on this tour. Our tour guide , Katherine, was fantastic and so knowledgeable. We learned about history of the area, architecture, and the cultural aspects of the ever changing neighborhoods. We especially loved seeing the murals all over the area. We were all introduced to some delicious food (bagels and natas). Would highly recommend this tour.

Would go again… - Marie did an awesome job. Mixing history with observations and humor proved to be an entertaining combination. She also weaved in current topics within the city to further add color.

A Lovely Way to Spend an Afternoon - Wonderful tour with Thom, our personable and knowledgeable guide. Thom knew the neighborhoods, took us to local and out of the way places. I knew Thom was a gem when he took us to a little side street to see the print of a cat paw in an old hand-made brick. We learned a lot about Montreal's history, and we were introduced to some of the city's modern efforts to foster community.

Great, fun insight into Montreal hip neighborhoods, histories and vibes. - Great insight to the history, growth and vibe of Montreal, as seen through visiting interesting spots in several unique neighborhoods on the Plateau, around Mount Royal. Guide Thom makes all of it come together in a vivid, let me show you up close, way. Very, very good.

Fascinating tour with Christine - This is a wonderful and fascinating tour. Our guide, Christine, is a great and entertaining teacher. We learned all about the successive waves of immigration that made the Plateau and Mile End what they are, and the architecture, careful urban planning and life of these unique neighborhoods. She's thoughtful and a total pleasure to listen to. For foodies, Catherine will explain all about smoked meat, bagels and poutine, and you'll get a scrumptious bagel and the most delicious Pastel de Natas tart outside of Pirtugal. The three hours fly by. Take this tour! . Jonathan Ben-Asher

Fun way to see Mt Royale - This is a long tour, so wear comfortable shoes and a hat. The bagels were the grand finale and the Portuguese Nata were a lovely start. Our guide was well informed and took great care of everything.
