What a great way to get an overview of Montreal! Cannot be beat. - Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and appeared to genuinely enjoy sharing with us sights, history, and current events in his home city of Montreal. He was quick to answer all of our questions (even the dumb ones) with enthusiasm and cheer. The driver was excellent with navigating our rather large bus through busy (and sometimes nearly impassable) streets. I highly recommend anyone visiting Montreal to consider this informative and fun tour.

Key Sites - Our tour guide, Richard, was excellent! Our driver, Angelo, very skilled in driving narrow streets and contending with traffic. I personally enjoyed the Olympic Stadium and seeing the F1 track.

Great overview! - Great overview of the special sites in Montréal. Due to all the skyscrapers, it is really difficult to see the older buildings. Highly recommend for those with mobility issues - will save you time & many steps.
Our driver & guide were excellent & had a sense of humor.

Missed the bus - We missed the bus for the tour we paid for. We booked it in the morning. I had questions to ask so I chose to book it via the phone instead of on-line. The person sensed my apprehension on finding parking so offered to send someone to my hotel and pick me up. Well after waiting, no one showed up so I called back and the operator told me that we booked too late so no one would be coming. That info did me no good since it is now too late to make the tour. We took off and arrived a half hour too late. The lady offered to have a driver take me to the bus tour in process but reneged the offer because the driver wasn’t answering the radio. She applied our reservation price toward the hop on hop off double decker buses. This was a cheaper tour but she gave me no refund on the difference. I was disappointed since the agent telling me wrongly I could be picked up was her fault not mine.
All in all even though we had to pay more than we should have, we loved the hop on/hop off tour. We spent a lot of time in Old town which was really nice.
I highly recommend the double decker bus tour. It was a very well put together tour.

Commentated Bus Tour of Montreal - Just an 'ok' commentary throughout the route. My partner and I thought the person could have been more enthusiastic, and less repetitive. Maybe because it's 'end of season' ... and they're tired. Surprised they didn't speak of the tragic fire that had happened just the day before, and located near regular route.

Poor tour guide - Tour guide did not discuss anything historical. Only pointed out good places to eat. Bus driver Angelo was telling the guide what to say and pointing out things but guide never mentioned. One of the worst bus tours I've been on.

The tour I wanted to go... - The tour I wanted to go on was full, and the customer service rep recommended this one, but I found it to be very boring. We were on a big bus and the driver was poor. We sat on the bus. The majority of the time got out for a couple of quick photo ops, and at the last stop, I was walking back to the bus. I could see the bus driver and the tour guide get on the bus and they started to takeoff. I had to run and slap my hand on the window to get it was so stressful and scary thinking that they were gonna take off without me it ruined my whole trip
