Amazing blissful day - Guide was good, a lady, she told us many nice stories Driver was good Bus was good Tour is amazing! It was very blissful day, Thank you 😊 PS Organizational question: it seems you must contact a company ahead to confirm your pick up. At least, no one contacted me. I had to write them. I wish it could be adjusted because it is not good to worry in the morning

The driver was excellent,... - The driver was excellent, and the guide provided interesting (& entertaining) commentary. It was nice to get out of the city of Montreal and to enjoy a few stops in the countryside.

Serge is the best! - This was just a superb trip. I'd read some mixed reviews on the site so was a bit wary, but it was beyond 10 / 10. We were lucky with incredible weather and peak fall colours, but the real highlight was Serge. Driver, guide, cultural historian, comedian, everything fluently told in English then French. It was a great day with a great crowd and I highly recommend it. The bus was in excellent condition and there were ample opportunities for food stops and any comfort required.

Good experience - The villages visited EN route to Mont-Tremblant were beautiful. If someone in the group had not only spoken French, the EN tour guide would have made the EN English tour when I had booked an EN French tour. The guide did not answer the questions asked.

To do but wrong statement of Viator in the performance - Very good service of the sky line Great guide Super driver .magnificent region However, there is no lark cruise as announced by Viator Reaching them seems difficult. On the other hand, Viator does not warn that if you want to climb to the summit of the trembling Mount the cable car costs 32& per person in addition to the excursion

A visit to Laurentian Mountains and ski village is well worth the time and cost - The visit to the Laurentian Mts. was worth the time and cost. But, the check in with GrayLine was chaotic. We were initially told we would be picked up at our Marriott hotel, but we got a note the night before the tour saying we would be picked up at a park a couple of blocks away. We walked to the park and stood by the busses (no drivers) for 15 minutes in the cold and then one of the other tourists said we were supposed to go to a building nearby. We then waited in long line to get checked off a list. We should have been sent the address of the BUILDING. There was some initial confusion as to which bus to board, people on our bus were on the wrong tour. Our guide. Claire Marie, was condescending and seemed to prefer to chat to some Swedish tourists in the front rows rather than interacting with others. She also made a couple of racist comments about preferring blond people with blue or green eyes. Very unprofessional.

Do not recommend. - The tour guide was harassing us for tips and pursued a course of conduct that was extremely unprofessional and intimidating. When we refused to give him a tip he tried to embarrass us in front of other passengers. This is not acceptable and the company need to stop their tour guides from doing this - tips are not a mandatory component of a financial transaction and harassing customers for tips is unacceptable.

Not recommended Viator 3rd party vendor. - We never made it on this trip. Apparently we were suppose to confirm hotel pick up with Grayline tours even though we provided hotel name and address at time of booking. According to the multiple emails received from Viator everything was good “ sit back n relax.” Beware Viator is a third party booking system. Neither Viator or Grayline would reimburse us for our tickets a total of $600.00 for a party of six . STRONGLY recommend you book from hotel your staying at. They did offer the option for us to go the following day however that was our last day in Montreal. Do not recommend
