Enjoyed it! - The storyteller is very entertaining and knowledgeable. It's a unique activity in downtown Montreal that lasts a few hours and features three different pubs, all within a short walking distance. If you enjoy ghost stories, pubs, and a laid-back experience, then I highly recommend it - locals included! Montreal certainly has a spooky side and this is the perfect opportunity to learn all about these stories.

A good time - Jason entertained us for 2.5h with (researched) stories of hauntings in Montreal - enough to give you the hibbie jibbies and possibly not sleep for the rest of your life. He did voices and acted - all to add to the story! Each pub visit didn't feel rushed - you have plenty of time to order a drink and go the restroom without missing a beat! Recommended :)

Best Bachelorette activity! - We booked a private pub crawl for my sister's bachelorette party and it was the highlight of the trip! It was right on theme- 'Til Death Did Us Part-y. Jason did a fantastic job detailing a wide variety of ghost stories and encounters. We were hooked from the beginning and learned so much about Montreal history. Jason was so entertaining and really knew how to tailor the show to us. We even got a surprise story from one of the managers from Hurley's who shared his own experience with a ghost right where we were sitting upstairs. I cannot recommend this pub crawl enough!!!

Fun ghost tour pub crawl! - Anton was a great storyteller and very knowledgeable! We enjoyed the tour and would definitely recommend it!

Entertaining, Informative, and Spooky! - Very entertaining and informative. Jason was a very good performer who balanced the spooky, the history, and a bit of cheesy humour. A fun way to look at the city I've lived in my whole life, and three pubs I only thought I knew.

A very lovely sunday afternoon - The guide is very communicative, funny and friendly. She is energetic and dresses well for the experience. The stories were very interesting.

A sad history class, not a fun pub crawl - I despise leaving bad reviews. It goes against my very nature but I need you to know what you’re getting into!! I don’t know in which order to express my disappointment with this tour. I have done haunted pub crawls in Savannah (several actually), Galveston, and Cape Cod, and generally we have a good time… we walk, get a drink, we hear a story, we move on, but in this one we felt trapped in a history class. Oh dear, my friend, read the room. Everyone’s eyes are glazed over, people are yawning and checking their phones. It’s a pub CRAWL not a pub lecture. We are 59 minutes into our crawl and we haven’t moved yet. The locals, who were sitting at our table and who said this was the last of all the pub crawls on their list, LEFT! It went on and on. Every time you thought, “oh ok, he’s gonna wrap this up and we can move on” WHOMP another story, that didn’t happen here, at this pub, or even near this pub, somewhere else in Montreal not anywhere near this pub and we’re not gonna walk by it, or a cemetery where their buried either. When we got to the second pub, we all had to sit in a room and they were going to bring servers, by which indicated this was also going to be a rather long stop. At this point, we couldn’t take anymore and we left. If you just want to hear all the gory stories of how people died in the past (which we all know if you’ve ever read a history book- drawn and quartered, tortured, burned on pyres) and how those people may or may not be ghosts/orbs, (which we will definitely not be walking past) this might be for you, but if you’re looking for a couple of fun ghost stories and some pub crawling, this is not for you and this was not for us. Really really disappointing.
