Exceptional - It was an exceptional experience! I cycled 32 kilometers along the beach and saw pink flamingos! There are many bike paths in Montpellier so I felt safe. The bike was very good and the staff were very kind.

Zero defects - I can't give anything but the top rating too. We came as a couple and the Welcoming as the advice was impeccable. This contributes so much to the quality of our stay in Montpellier and its surroundings. Thanks to the team... don't really change anything

Excellent Service - Well done Smile E-Bikes - Our group booked 1 gravel bike and 5 e-bikes. The gravel bike was spot on, and was well able for all road surfaces as we cycled to various spots - Aigues Mortes, Sete and Pic Saint-Loup. The e-bikes were very impressive, with batteries capable of over 100km range, smartphone holder on the handlebars and storage bags - enjoyed by the riders. The service provided was excellent, friendly and professional. Nothing was an issue, and when we had an issue, service was provided on the route with no cost involved. Overall, this was a great experience for us all, and we will be recommending them to our friends and acquaintances.

Perfect - One of the most beautiful bike rides ever. Lovely bike. Super friendly staff (just remember to really pay attention how the lock works and how the battery can be reactivated after lunch ...)

Super service - We rented 2 electric bicycles to cycle to the sea. They were good bikes, but we were especially impressed by the super friendly and helpful staff! We had some difficulty finding our way back (due to work in the city) and therefore arrived back at the rental company about five minutes after closing time. Notwithstanding, the staff remained really friendly and understanding. He also helped us out during our trip, with a smile! In short, we are very satisfied with the service and the bicycles.

Highlight of the trip - The bikes were easy to book the lady at the desk was very helpful and was able to communicate with us in English and show us the route on google maps we highly recommend doing a bike tour through them wheb u r in mkntpellier one of the highlights for me while in montpellier. If your able financial and fitness I recommend doing one of the longer trips.

Great option to get to the sea - Rented 2 e-bikes. Staff was very helpful and bi-lingual. Helmets and locks provided. Smart phone map with the entire route was a plus. First time on e-bikes and took some getting used to. Partner had a mishap and the company was able to assist, for which we were very grateful.

Wonderful Experience, Excellent Service - We were looking for a place to rent bikes for a trip to the beach from Montpellier and came across this place. The service was excellent and we had a wonderful trip (with classic bikes) down to the beach (Palavas). Two days later we decided to head for another longer trip to Aigues-Mortes using e-bikes this time. Again, the staff were very friendly and recommended the ideal e-bike for the journey.
