Emotional tour - Very informative and emotional, it is full of details that help to understand the accident from different aspects. The humanity with which information and images are treated is highly valued. Highly recommended

a different level of experience - an indescribable feeling to have been there, having so close real objects from the accident is something I can not explain, the founder of the museum did an excellent job portraying everything that happened, it is a must if you are in Montevideo, 10/10

You’ve got to visit this museum if you’re in Montevideo - Amazing insight into the most awful tragedy. There was English translation throughout (don’t take that for granted in South America!) Museum was at over three small floors and included clean toilets. There was a ‘cold’ simulator but sadly this wasn’t working when we were there. Could have spent longer here as so interesting but it was end of day and hot (we were getting thirsty!)

Inspirational Museum! - One of the best museum tours we have done! The story of the crash and it's survivors is told in a comprehensive fashion. Everything is extensively labelled in Spanish and English. At one point we were approached by the museum's creator, who personally animated a couple of the displays and really brought the story of the survivors to life. We just missed the new winter weather simulator display, which opens next week. It is designed to provide an experience of the cold, harsh conditions suffered by the crash survivors to Uruguayans and other tropical visitors who have never encountered them. We came away from the museum reflecting on our own lives in ways that few other museums have prompted. Definitely worth the admission!

Interesting and informative museum off the beaten path - Wonderful, informative and sobering museum. I learned a great deal about the subject of the “Alive” movie and book, things which I had no idea about before. I would highly recommend to all.

The Snow Society is an inspiring story - Very interesting museum, I saw the film of the snow society on Netflix and in the museum it was possible to better understand some details, see parts of the plane and objects of the crew. The museum curator was present and was quite friendly, the history of overcoming, teamwork is inspiring. The location is close to the main square of Montevideo, where are some tourist attractions.

Un memorial de la Tragedia de Los Andes 1972 - A place that reminded me of my childhood that spoke of this tragedy that occurred in the Andes, a place with a lot of intensity relives what happened and shows the history of its protagonists
