Outstanding guide!! - Oscar was amazing. His visual and auditory acuity allowed him to spot birds and animals that the other guides missed. He was funny, playful, very well informed and educational. We were blessed to have him as our guide.

Excellent informative tour by knowledgeable guide - Our tour was lead by an extremely informative guide, Loandri, who tackled the job of showing us the wildlife highlights of the Monteverde reserve with much enthusiasm. We were very fortunate to get good sightings of quetzal, sloth, spider monkey, terantula plus a multitude of other naturtural history information. Loandri was happy to be asked any questions and made each of us feel very welcome. He helped us navigate our way around the park and gave us lots of advice on how to make the most of the reserve after the tour had ended. He really went to extra mile. I am very grateful to Oscar for accomodating our tour after I had made a mistake with the booking and got the date wrong. Thank you and I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Excellent guided half day cloud forest tour. - I found this guide through Claude AI and I cannot recommend it enough. Oscar was a fantastic guide, very knowledgeable, friendly, and down to earth. It was just me and my partner and he tailored the tour to our interests-he clearly has experience doing so. I cannot recommend him enough. I’m so glad he shared and took so many photos for us so we didn’t have to worry about it.

Cloud Forest Morning Walk - Our Monteverde Cloud Forest tour with Oscar was amazing. He picked us up at our hotel and drove us to the Cloud Forest. He was so knowledgeable about all the nature and wildlife around us. He tried his best to help us see as much of the insects, birds and animals as possible. His knowledge of our surroundings was beyond our expectations. He did not rush us and allowed us to take photos (he took some for us with his magnifying lens) and admire our surroundings. I would highly recommend using Monteverde Wild for your tour!

Must-do in Monteverde! - This was our first activity we did in Monteverde and what a way to start our vacation! Our tour guide Oscar was friendly, funny, knowledgeable, and passionate about the unique nature and wildlife of Costa Rica's cloud forest. Keep in mind there is some luck involved with how many animals you will see, but ask lots of questions and you will get the most out of your experience. This is a must-do in Monteverde and I highly recommend this tour.

Oscar is the best! - Oscar is a great guide. Gave clear information before the trip and was very helpful with any question I had. He is very knowledgeable and has a great vibe. In for a laugh. He shares the pictures of the tour with you via airdrop or WhatsApp, which is lovely. 100% recommended!

Guide is super poor - Worst tour I ever had for a long time. Tour guide we had has no interest besides plants in the park. His spotting scope was used like twice during the entire trip? Animals etc were mostly found by the tourists like us :(. No interest in explaining anything on the animals we found like pigs etc… super disappointed as the whole family needs to wake up very early for it and we were excited to experience the park. Last thing to mention: not the tour company’s fault. Park changed the policy to get the ticket at a different place instead next to entrance first. Our tour started at least 40 mins post 7. This cut short of the entire tour
