Amazing Experience - I really enjoyed this trip when I went to Monterrey. Unfortunately, I don't remember my tour guides name, as i'm writing this review months after the activity. But still, I came back months later to write a positive review because they deserve it.
The SUV is clean and new. The tour guide spoke great English, and was incredibly charismatic. The waterfall is beautiful and you get to spend a good amount of time there. I highly recommend this activity.

Fun tour, great local knowledge - We had a lovely tour and Deme gave us some great recommendations to round out our vacation! We loved hiking at Chipinque and our visit to warehouse 42!

Exclusive tour - My nephew and I decided totake a tour to see the waterfalls and the town of Santiago. Polo arrived on time . He was very knowledgeable about surrounding area and English was great . We had a really nice time we also realized that I know many people that know his sister that lives in the states . What a small world . Definitely would recommend this tour

Absolutely Incredible Experience - 10/10 Would book again! - Our tour to Cola de Caballo waterfall and the charming town of Santiago was unforgettable, thanks to our amazing guide, Deme. He was incredibly knowledgeable—not just about the stunning waterfall and Santiago’s rich history, but about Mexico as a whole. Deme shared insights, stories, and even suggestions for other places to explore, which made the entire experience feel personal and immersive.
The pickup and drop-off from our hotel were flawless—everything ran smoothly and right on time, which made the day completely stress-free. One of the highlights was the brunch in Santiago at a spot Deme recommended—honestly, the food was to die for. He truly knows the best places!
What really stood out was the thoughtful attention to detail from the whole team. Polo, another colleague from the tour group, reached out to us via WhatsApp beforehand to confirm our details and was super helpful in answering questions and sharing extra tips—especially appreciated since it was my first time visiting the beautiful country of Mexico.
This tour was one of the most memorable parts of my trip. I would book any tour with this team again without hesitation. They made us feel welcome, informed, and cared for—highly, highly recommend!

Can't find better than this! - I had an amazing experience from A to B. Pick up on time, comfortable car, very polite, knowledgeable (and handsome )guide. It was like a private trip. We came around 9.30ish to Cola de Caballo and it was pretty calm and empty, the waterfall is stunning. We drove short distance to Santiago and had a lovely walk around. There was a wedding in the church. I didn't eat anything because I wasn't hungry but Emmanuel took me to a coffee shop and after great chat he took me back to my hotel. I learn a lots of interesting things about Monterrey, history and culture. Highly recommending 5*!

Drive to Cola de Caballo and Santiago - Polo was an excellent tour guide. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Was a wonderful excursion. The waterfall and walk was beautiful. Stopping to eat in Santiago was delicious.

Great guide, great location - I had an incredible time visiting the Cola de Caballo Waterfall and the charming city of Santiago as part of a tour group! Polo was an outstanding guide—super friendly, approachable, and made everyone feel welcome. He had such great energy and shared so much knowledge about the area, which made the experience even more special.
The waterfall was absolutely stunning, a peaceful oasis surrounded by nature that’s perfect for photos and just taking in the beauty of it all. The city of Santiago was equally amazing, with its rich culture, colorful streets, and warm, inviting atmosphere. Exploring with the group made it even more fun, as we all got to share in the excitement together.
If you’re considering this tour, don’t hesitate! Polo is the perfect guide to make your trip unforgettable. This was such a great mix of natural beauty and cultural immersion—I highly recommend it!
