The first one is with tomato sauce, mozzarella, and Parmigiano cheese. The second one is our unique family recipe: gnocchi with limoncello. BEST COOKING CLASS IN POSITANO - IT’S A MUST!! - I want to say a big thanks to Emily, her mother, father brother and children for a true authentic experience. This cooking class has been a highlight of our trip in Positano/Montepertuso. The food was so fresh and truly amazing, but the story behind the food, how the food is made, their history and their family/cultural traditions made the experience truly magnificent. You can tell that Emily and her family cook with love and want to simply teach and share their techniques with others so we all can feel the same with our family, friends and loved ones. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for such a great, heartfelt and authentic experience. I am inspired to cook like you and your family do and hope I can cook like this for my family and friends. See you next time for another class and thank you again for a truly wonderfull experience This class is a must do for everyone visiting Positano!!

Incredible! - We had the BEST time with Emily and family! They completely catered to my husband’s celiac needs, making sure he could be a part of the cooking, but could also enjoy every aspect of the meal! Emily shared history about her family, which made the experience all the more touching and authentic!

Best decision ever! Do NOT skip this experience - Best decision we made! We absolutely loved this class and getting the opportunity to enjoy a nice meal with an amazing family. Emily was so kind and funny, and it seriously felt like we, a bunch of strangers from different parts of the world, were a part of their family. We learned so much about the local culture and history while learning to make delicious Italian dishes. The food was amazing, chatting with other travelers around the table was rewarding and a nice change of pace, but nothing could beat the amazing view from their beautiful kitchen. I just want to say again, thank you so much Emily and family for welcoming us into your home and caring for us like we were family. You were amazing and you have a beautiful home. Would recommend a thousand times over and to all my family and friends.

If you love cooking book this experience! - Absolutely wonderful experience with Emily and her family. Her story is so interesting and we had the most wonderful time learning to make traditional Italian dishes. Amazing, amazing, amazing!!! - Heard from friends you must do a cooking class in Italy and this cooking class had to have been the highlight of our trip. Emily, the chef and lead instructor, was incredible, sharing generational stories and knowledge dating back hundreds of years ago. The stories she told enhanced the experience and it was a pleasure getting to hear about her familial history with each dish and recipe. Of course, the food was absolutely incredible. We made ravioli, tagliatelle, and tiramisu- all of which were incredible- and were served drinks, bread, roasted vegetables, bruschetta, and limoncello. Everything was beyond amazing and such a good value. Easily the highlight of our trip and would 10/10 recommend to anyone and everyone!!! Bravo and grazie Emily!!

A Positano MUST Do! - My husband and I had the most incredible time with Emily and her family. This cooking class was definitely the highlight of our trip to Positano! We felt so welcome at their home and enjoyed not only learning how to make some yummy dishes (gnocchi and tiramisu), and tasting other great foods that either Emily's family grows and makes, or sources locally (meatballs, cheese, salami, and caprese), but also hearing about Emily's family and how cooking has shaped their lives. We would absolutely recommend this cooking class to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, delicious evening!

Delicious Cooking Class in Positano – Just Plan Your Route! - A Fun and Delicious Experience in Positano!
We had such a fun time at this cooking class in Positano! The host was warm, welcoming, and truly made the experience feel authentic and memorable. We learned how to make homemade gnocchi and tiramisu — both were absolutely delicious and surprisingly easy to follow thanks to our instructor’s guidance.
The only downside was that getting to the location was a bit confusing. Positano can be hectic and crowded, especially during peak season, so it would have been helpful to receive more detailed instructions in advance. Clearer guidance on which bus or taxi to take, or what to tell the driver, would have made the arrival process smoother.
That said, once we arrived, the experience was fantastic — great food, great company, and a beautiful setting. Highly recommend, just make sure to plan your transportation ahead of time!
