Upon arriving at the airport, proceed outside after passing through Immigration and Customs. Once outside, head to the arrival area and look for a greeter holding a sign that reads “BALLERZ PARADISE TOURS.” Present your voucher to the representative, who will then guide you to your transportation.

DEPARTURE

The transfer to the airport is arranged for 2.5 to 3 hours before the departure time indicated in your reservation. You will receive an email with the exact pickup time.
