Dependable airport transportation! - The driver was prompt to pick me up from the airport. After exiting the airport, he had a sign that had my name on it so it was easy to identify him. He was courteous and very manageable.

Not if you need to be on time - We paid for round trip service and they arrived late for both, only arriving after I called. 2 stars is because they do answer the phone, so I was able to communicate with them. Arrival- We arrived at the airport. Through the confirmation message we were told how to exit and locate our taxi. Someone would be holding a sign with our name(s) on it. As we walked out and seen MANY signs being held none held our names. Then it became overwhelming because once the other drivers notice you don't have a ride everyone is bombarding you to ride with them. We literally had to remove ourselves from the area to call. Once I called I was told "oh he should be there, are you in the right area?" Then was told someone would be right there and asked what color shirt I was wearing. We went to stand on the curb and a few minutes later a female walked over to ask if I was waiting on Turner( I think) transportation and I said no. She proceeded to tell me I was because the guy told her what I had on. Well I don't know who Turner is because that's not what we booked under, so this would have made more sense to call me by my name and tell me who you were. After that was sorted out the gentleman that was with her said he was going to get the car and would be right back. From arriving to him picking us up, it was like 20(ish) minutes later. This was a silent ride to the resort. Departure date: in the same confirmation email we were told we would be picked up at 11am from our resort lobby. I texted around 10:50am to confirm, no reply. We went to the lobby and once again everyone is being picked up and dropped off. Around 11:05am I called and was told he'd call me right back. He did and stated the driver said he thought he was picking us up at 11:30am and he'd he's 10 mins away. He picked us at 11:30am. He did apologize for being late and talked a litte, unlike the 1st ride. However, at this point I was over the whole ride situation.

Scam - They were not there when we got off plan, tried to call and got voicemail. I will be disputing charge on my card. Dont recommended
