Will reach out to Bailey again when we return. - Bailey was the best. Took me and my husband to get the best deals on souvenirs. Also, took us thru Sam Sharpe square and pointed out a few landmarks. Appreciated our time with him.

Mr Bailey is the best!!! - Mr. Bailey is amazing! He showed up at our resort, on time & called to let us know he arrived. He's very accommodating! Took us to a very large shopping store with every souvenir you could think of, jewelry, alcohol, cigars, clothing, etc. While driving to the store, he provided information about every street, beach, restaurants and sound areas! Mr. Bailey was our "body guard", waiting for us at the front of each store until we were done shopping-the locations seemed safe enough though we appreciated the attention! The store provided a drink & samples of rum while we shopped-everyone was very welcoming! I read the reviews about the drivers & Mr. Bailey had rave reviews...the reviews did not exaggerate. After shopping, Mr Bailey drove us through downtown Montego Bay.... he's a wealth of information! You can't go wrong by requesting him as your driver.... you'll be glad you did!!! 🙂

Highly recommended - The Montego Bay Private Shopping Tour was amazing. There were multiple places to shop with great selections of items to choose from. The driver’s name was Bailey and he was very friendly and knowledgable about the areas that my family and I were visiting. Bailey waited for us near by and made sure that we were safe and satisfied.

Excellent - Bailey was wonderful! Very patient and informative. He took us to good areas and acted as our bodyguard. He deserves a raise.

Awesome Driver - Our driver was awesome, he was very kind, polite and most importantly made sure we were safe. He considered our safety that was the most memorable experience.

Shopping - We enjoyed going shopping! Our driver was ok. He didn’t really talk much or give us much feedback on what/where to go! I had seen another person said they went to margaritaville so we asked to go there when done shopping! The food and atmosphere was amazing!

Skip the “personal shopping” tours! - The “personalized shopping trip” started off ok. We got picked up on time from our hotel, and the driver was very nice. We told him we wanted to go to nice shopping in Montego Bay. Stuff like the hip strip and the “luxury shopping” (name of the center) area. He told us he would take us to an area where we wouldn’t get hassled and that had the best prices. He took us to three small stores that he obviously has deals with to bring people to. They seemed to even be owned by the same people. He even took us back to one to pick up his cut of the money we spent. When we asked to go to other areas he said they weren’t good for tourists but as we drove by those places we saw nothing but tourists. I think the best way to get some shopping done is to find an excursion that throws in a bit of shopping time mixed in with another activity.

Skip this one - Eh. I’d skip this experience. We were excited to explore local shops and grab some authentic Jamaican food. Unfortunately our driver funneled us into 2 shops in which he “recommended” but it was clear he had a deal set up. He then took us to a restaurant. After this he was ready to take us back to the hotel. We asked to make more stops however he told us he had to get to the airport to pick up another family (despite it still being within our 2-3 hour appointment time). The driver did not provide any conversation or commentary, just music. Honestly we could have taken Uber and got a better experience. I did give 2 stars because they were on-time for pick-up and the car was clean.

Definitely not worth the... - Definitely not worth the price. Really just paid for the taxi service there and back. Tour guide just sat and talked on his phone while we shopped at a few stores.

A waste of time - If I can give 0 stars I would. My driver was Dantay and he didn’t even take us to the strip. He wasted our time and took us to a small shop down the rode of my resort!!! He act confused when i told him to go to the strip. The customer service of the company was nice but DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! Not worth it at all. The company needs to change their drivers.
