Fast and friendly - Our group needed airport transfers to/from Montego Bay - Ocho Rios. Someone else in our group booked the transfer for us from the airport and Romario ended up waiting on us for 2 hours to take us to the resort since he was given the wrong time. He still treated us with welcoming respect, helped us with our luggage, and gave us friendly and informative service. We asked if we could stop at a shop to pick up some liquor and souvenirs on the way and he made a phone call to a local shop he knew and made arrangements to get us in before they closed for the day. Romario gave me his direct contact info to coordinate a ride anytime during our stay - for excursions or the return airport transfer. Returning to the airport we got a larger group to go together to the airport so “Don” came in a bus. He was fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient. I highly recommend using these guys for any rides you may need in Jamaica. They are very professional and fun.

The absolute best! - I researched this trip for over a month. I saw on this site, that HL Tours had exceptional reviews and I'm writing today to say the reviews are all true. Chez is absolutely and unequivocally the best private tour guide around. We scheduled Chez to pick us up from the airport and to also take us to Nine Mile, Martha Brae, shopping, Luminous Waters and several lunch spots. And every step of the way, Chez was polite, knowledgable, friendly, accomodating and an absolute joy to be around.
