Please note, the driver does not park on airport premises. It will take about 5 minutes for the driver to arrive and pick you up. Upon your arrival outside, you will be greeted by one of our drivers holding a welcome sign featuring the company’s logo and the lead’s name. You will receive assistance with your luggage and be escorted to a clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned vehicle where complimentary refreshments will be available.

After meeting the driver at the airport, you will be transported to the resort/hotel, which takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Upon arrival at the resort, the driver will unload your luggage and exchange well wishes.

For departure, please be in the lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. Drivers cannot remain in the lobby for more than 10 minutes. After meeting the driver, you will be taken to the airport, which will take 10 to 15 minutes.
