The Fern Joan Experience in Ostuni - Pippo made sure we had a full history of Ostuni. He showed us all the must see spots,. The tour even covered main point that we did not know existed. Very cordial and friendly tour guide! We truly had an amazing time!

Dont Go - First of all .. I didn’t go on this trip as the operator was a nightmare.. Firstly they changed the time which wasnt ideal but I reorganised my day to schedule into the afternoon … then when i got to station to pick up the transfer as agreed there was no one there… I text … no answer… I called and got the rudest female ever… saying I had to pick up the tour at Ostuni … that I ‘didnt understand’ and talked over me every time… I said I was in Polignano and had booked the tour from there … she was shouting by this point so i hung up .. spoke to Viator who were lovely … not the best experience I have ever had on a tour on holiday but it is what it is… would I book this again ? Certainly NOT …

Nothing was as advertised. Horrible experience--worst tour ever - When we booked, it said meetup spot TBA. We messaged Viator asking about parking and asking for a meet up spot somewhere near public parking. No response. The night before, Viator texted (expecting US to call) 2 Italian phone #'s to arrange meetup directions. We got no answer when we called both #'s, so texted. That morning we got just a 3 word answer, without any numerical address. It was not on Waze or google maps, but Apple Maps pulled up what looked like a fortress. The operator hardly spoke English and couldn't find us at the apple location despite our providing 3 cafe names at that fort. Operator then wanted us to meet at his office but it wasnt on the internet and he couldn't understand that he needed to provide an address for his office. After an HOUR in the heat, he found us at the fort but then made only 4 stops (and 1 of the 4 stops was for him to get gas!) The actual tour lasted less than 45 minutes yet we paid almost $100 each!!! We made only 3 stops but description says 10 stops PLUS 2 photo stops and a visit to cathedral-that we didn't even stop at!
