Puglia at the table - Che cena! The flavors of Puglia in a single experience. Numerous courses with very fresh fish and high quality meats. The Rossella morsels are the envy of those of the major pastry shops in the area. The environment elevated the dining experience to another level, where time stood still and calm surrounded us. Recommendation this dinner with traditional flavors to anyone who wants an authentic experience away from the tourist chaos.

Un posto in cui tornare!! - Having the opportunity to dine in an authentic ancient farm is priceless, rarely you can find a structure surrounded by greenery that offers moments of pure relaxation and contemplation. The quality of the dishes is undoubted, simple flavors and well combined with enhancement of local products. From fantastic appetizers to real meat spearhead, everything was exquisite. The honey lovingly made by their bees was great. The open cooking in the wood oven left me breathless, I felt the taste of home. When you find an excellent raw material, a wise cuisine, a loving service, all in a simple location but at the same time attention to detail, you think that there are people who still love doing this work. Congratulations.

Unforgettable dinner in Puglia - We decided to dine in this farm attracted by the typical menus. A pleasant discovery that left us extremely satisfied. Typical dishes freshly prepared in the ancient stone oven, expertly cooked by Mauro and Rossella, the flavors were authentic, like those of the past. The location was surrounded by nature and history, really suggestive to dine in the ancient stables of the farm, the ancient stone floor is certainly not suitable for stilettos, but it was marked and we arrived prepared. The place was easy to reach with Google maps, the entrance was well signposted by two large well-lit stone columns and an antique wrought iron gate, absolutely gorgeous. Absolutely unforgettable dinner, we recommend anyone who wants to get away from the tourist places and try something really typical. Thanks to the whole family of Antica Masseria!

Flavours Holidays- think again - Italy is a country known for its food, wine and olive oil amongst other things. Unfortunately my two sisters and I were disappointed, hugely. The evening meal for seven days was so below standard, had we not paid so much, it was laughable. On being told on day two that we were not happy nothing changed. Breakfasts slowly became better, as did the lunches but the cook remained the Same for the evening meal. As to the teaching, she was unwell for a couple of days and billeted away from us. We saw nothing of the sights Puglia is famous for.Disappointing in the extreme.

Ruined evening - Doubtful cuisine, warmed dishes ... despite a very good welcome from mom Rosella and not her sons. Escape cooking, very poor quality pitcher wine Meals shipped, wooden folding chairs, very badly seated and not stable Hard to find place Price completely out of step with the service TO ESCAPE
