Personal transportation is required to follow the guide on a brief 10-minute drive to the forest area and subsequently to the Enoteca. (A transfer service from Monforte is available upon request for an additional fee, with limited availability.) The experience begins with an introduction to truffles, discussing their varieties, growth, and locations. Upon arrival at the forest, participants will meet the truffle hunter and his specially trained dogs before embarking on the hunt. Please be aware that any truffles discovered during the hunt are not included in the price. The walk occurs in a wooded area, so comfortable, outdoor-appropriate attire is recommended, particularly in colder months. Rubber boots will be provided if necessary.
The price for the truffle hunting experience does not include the trifulao’s fee. This fee is:

30€ per person for groups of three or more
The fee must be paid in cash on the day of the experience.
