Fall in love with Austria. - Zolton, our driver was excellent! He is also fluent in many languages and took perfect prompt care of each person. The Salzburg guide, Gabi, a local was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable. She made us all fall in love with Salzburg.

Absolutely fantastic... - Absolutely fantastic trip! A very long day but worth it! Our driver, Zoltan, was brilliant: picked us up on time in the morning, stopped at some great photo spots on the way to Salzburg and was really knowledgeable & engaging. Walking tour in Salzburg was great and also had plenty of time to explore on our own.

A great way to see Salzburg and more - A well organised and interesting day out with enough time to enjoy the locations visited.
Our collection from the hotel was punctual and this was a plus over other trips advertised (not offering direct collection).
Zoltan our driver/guide made everyone welcome and provided enough information about the places visited for it to be informative but not overwhelming.
The stops showed off some of the beauty of Austria and Salzburg itself was stunning. We were met in Salzburg by Geri who provided a walking tour of the city which was well timed, informative and delivered with passion for her city. After the tour we still had 2 and a half hours to explore Salzburg further before the long drive back to Vienna.
We were 2 of 7 travellers and we would highly recommend the trip.

Excellent tour guides. We... - Excellent tour guides. We enjoyed our tour. We were a small group and enjoyed the ride in the Mercedes van. Highly recommended! Marco and David, our tour guides were exceptional

Long Day, Great Time - Great tour, but be warned it is a long ass day.
Great being in a small group. In my case there were only 5 of us which was great.
Roman the driver kept throwing in a few key bits on information along the way to keep us going which we enjoyed. The guide in Salzburg was full of energy and knowledge.
Thoroughly enjoyed the free time as well before the return trip to Vienna.

Hoping for a good tour and ended up with a completely wonderful experience! - From the start, our driver/guide Belage (spelling?) was tremendous as he was friendly, accommodating, and informative. He doled out fun facts about Vienna, Austria, the Sound of Music and we even got some history lessons. Every stop was well coordinated and we had ample time at each one (although we would have like to have stayed at Sankt Gilgen longer since it was such a picturesque Alpine Village). At Salzburg, we met Maria, a local who was our guide through the town. She was a sweet lady who gave us great insights into the city, its history, and the Sound of Music. It is a long day, but definitely a tour that was well worth it!

An excellent day out from Vienna, visiting Salzburg via the stunning Salzkammergut. - Our guide in Salzburg, Gabi was excellent, very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about her home town.
Sadly, we only had an hour and a half to explore on our own.
The journey through the fascinating Salzkammergut was very interesting but there was a lot of motorway driving.
