The hike lasts about 1.5 hours, and upon arrival, you’ll have ample time to admire its magnificent beauty. There will also be a demonstration of an offering to the sacred Apus, with an option to participate.
- Soraypampa - After enjoying the lake, you’ll descend back to Soraypampa to catch the bus returning to Mollepata.
- Mollepata - Upon arrival in Mollepata, a delicious lunch will be served before you continue your journey.
- Cusco - Finally, you’ll head back to Cusco, with an expected arrival around 5:00 PM.

Trip in nature - Beautiful trip , worth the hike, horses and lamas around . Very good lunch too. And Pablo is a great guide. I highly recommend this tour

Humantay Lake Tour - Pablo was amazing and took care of everyone feeling sick from the altitude. The road up is rocky, but they make you feel safe and cared for.

PABLO ROCKS - PABLO WAS THE BEST!
He brought the vibe to our trip 🥳 10/10 would book again!! Humantay lake was a hard hike because of elevation so be prepared but there are also horse options available

Very satisfying once you make it to the top! - Even with some light-rain and thicker clouds of Cusco's rainy season, the lake and its surroundings still offered breathtaking views and a memorable experience! Our guide (Pablo) was excellent, very knowledgeable, professional, and enthusiastic. The hike to the lake itself went well with no hiccups under his supervision.
On the bus ride back to town, we had some unexpected car trouble. Despite this, Pablo and his team devised a quick and effective solution to split us up and have us hitch a ride back on the other tour's buses. Bravo for the professionalism!
Tips for inexperienced hikers (like me): Definitely bring some water/snacks, but don't pack too heavily as it'll hinder your climb. Pace yourself, take plenty of breaks, and take caution of your physical limits. Horses are available for rent as an alternative.

One Day Hiking Tour to Humantay Lake - This one day tour was super worth it for the price. My guide Wilfredo was very responsible and helpful. He is kind and patient, he’s able to give a lot of information about the mountain and history and hiking tips in both English and Spanish. I would highly recommend!

Amazing time, Amazing views - We had an amazing time with Wilfret hiking to lake Humantay. He was great fun, kept the energy high and was very organised and made sure that everyone was safe throughout. We met some great people and had a lovely breakfast and lunch with the most breathtaking view! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to spend some time seeing the natural beauty of Peru (or to meet a great tour guide who loves his job).

Laguna Humantay - A unique and unforgettable experience, I have never done trekking, I almost did not arrive hahahaha but the guide Wilfredo recommended me to finish the tour on horseback and I could know the lagoon very nice! Highly recommended the tour.

Excellent guided tour - The visit to the lagoon was very entertaining! The guide Wally explained everything perfectly and was very helpful in the tour, breakfast and lunch that are included are delicious. The climb is somewhat heavy, so I recommend taking that into consideration if you want to visit this place.

Good experience. - We all loved it, the road to the lagoon is heavy, requires medium-high physical condition in my opinion, the only thing I would suggest is to extend the time in the lagoon. The breakfast included was very good.
