Great Way to See Multiple Sites! - Such a great way to see three major sites in just a few hours! Our guide, Lucia, gave us such an informative tour of the Alcazaba, giving us really interesting historical tidbits about the architecture and history of the place. Some people ended their tour there, but we also had the cathedral on our ticket, so we were a bit rushed after the Alcazaba tour (we only got about 30 minutes to explore before needing to meet up again), so that was a bit of a bummer. But the tour of the cathedral was great. Seeing the inside was fantastic and getting the history of the building made it all the more impactful. We were not able to go into the Roman Theatre itself because it was a Sunday, but that wasn't a big deal; we went on another day.

Waste of time and money - My entire day with my family was wasted. We went to the address as listed, and no one was there. We waited and waited. When we contacted Viator, they did not end up helping us to reschedule. We woke up early took an Uber there and back wasted time and money.
