Great tour - The food was delicious and Javi was an enthusiastic and informative guide. Make sure you eat a very light breakfast, and don’t expect to need much dinner either.

WOW!! - My husband and I go on many food tours as we travel. This was the best one we have ever been on. Our guide was fantastic. !!! The food choices were so unique to Naples, but also something a newcomer could enjoy.

A highlight of several weeks in Portugal and Spain - Fabulous food tour with Javi and one of highlights of month long trip through Portugal and Spain. We are two couples in mid 70’s who just did a private tapas tour. Started in the incredible Malaga food market with stops at different stalls where we sampled many foods and relaxed, talking food, travel, local customs and more. Javi was very careful to respect our various food allergies or things we could not eat and substitute alternatives.
We then wandered the Malaga streets and visited three restaurants where we sat and tried more different foods and drinks. Very relaxed with more food than we could finish. Javi was very enthusiastic and even suggested other places to visit, including some craft shops and non-food establishments. All told we spent over 3.5 hours together and walked a very manageable mile or two.
I can’t recommend Spain Food Sherpas highly enough.

A fun way to eat and drink like a local - Felipe was great. Not just a fun time but he supplied lots of information about Malaga's food and drink Scene. The day was a great way to try new foods and sip new drinks while walking the streets of the city.

Don’t miss this tour - This is better than any food tour we have ever been on. Javi gave so many tips and was interactive and sat down at the meals with you always had a smile on his face the best guide I’ve ever had. We’ve been on other food tours where you just get a little bite, but this is truly food to cover an entire lunch and then some. The diversity and the explanation of history was as great as any city Tour would be. We sat outside at restaurants, went into their markets where we ate fresh seafood and if you are into it, wine and beer is served up pretty much every stop and if they offer red wine and do you prefer white they will accommodate. If you want a beer over wine. They will accommodate. I just can’t say enough about how great this tour was.

YUMMY - We had a super day with a few other couples (none of whom we knew prior) sampling food around the city center. Our tour guide, Elsie, was wonderful, yet soft spoken. Those mics would be helpful to use as the city can be loud. We loved all the locations and sampling all the food. The market was amazing. (Note that when the tour is done the shops you went by may be closed during the afternoon hours, just an FYI. They all close from around 2-430.) Well worth the money to do this tour!!!

A very enjoyable, informative and stimulating experience - Great mix of history, culture, food and drinks. Only thing missing was something sweet to round off the day as everything we ate was savoury
