Please arrive on time. No-shows or late arrivals without notice will be considered cancellations and may incur a fee. If delayed, please contact us in advance.
Final Confirmation
The meeting location and time will be sent by the day before the tour. Ensure a reachable phone number or email in Japan is registered. If no contact is received by 6:00 PM the day before, please reach out to MIYAKO ADVENTURE PiPi using the information on your ticket.

If there are concerns about fitness or a fear of the ocean, please consult us in advance.
Equipment & Safety
For water activities, wearing a life jacket, fins, and mask is mandatory. Guests refusing to wear required gear will not be allowed to participate. For safety, always follow the guide’s instructions.
Weather Policy
Tours operate in the rain but may be canceled if the field is deemed unsafe.
Transportation & Meeting Point
Depending on reservation status, meeting on-site may be required. If transportation is needed, please contact us after booking confirmation.
Clothing & Preparation
Please wear clothes that can get wet. There are no toilets at the field, so use one in advance. Participation under the influence of alcohol is not allowed.
