Punctuality & Contact
Arriving on time is essential. If you are late or absent without prior notice, your reservation may be canceled, and cancellation fees could apply. If you anticipate a delay, please contact us in advance.

Final Confirmation
We will reach out by the day before with details such as meeting time and location. Please provide a phone number or email address that can be reached in Japan. If you do not receive any communication by 6:00 PM the day before, please contact “MIYAKO ADVENTURE PiPi” using the method shown on your ticket.

Participation Requirements & Health
Eligible age: 3 to 59 years old
The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

Pregnant individuals (including early stages)

Children under 3 years old

Those with medical conditions

Anyone concerned about physical strength or with a strong fear of the sea should consult us in advance.

Gear & Safety
For sea activities, wearing a life jacket, fins, and mask is mandatory. If you are unable to wear the required gear, participation will not be permitted. Please adhere to the guide’s instructions at all times for your safety.

Weather Conditions
The tour will proceed in light rain. However, it may be canceled if conditions are deemed unsafe.

Meeting & Transportation
Depending on the booking situation, you may be asked to come directly to the site. If shuttle service is desired, please contact us after your reservation is confirmed.

Clothing & Preparation
Please wear clothing that can get wet. There are no restrooms at the site, so please use one in advance. Participation while under the influence of alcohol is prohibited.

Parking Fee
Depending on the location, a parking fee of ¥1,000–¥2,000 may apply.

Language Support
Tours are available in Japanese or English. Depending on the day, the tour may be conducted in Japanese only.
