A decent meal and a good glass of wine! A nice experience. - We came in with very low expectations, reading all the reviews here, but we’re actually very nicely surprised. Sure, they made us wait 15min because they were at maximum capacity, but once inside, we had the necessary space to enjoy quite a nice meal and a fairly good glass of wine. The staff was friendly, the lounge clean and frankly, we had nothing to complain about!

Room for Improvement - It was nice to finally get a spot in the undersized lounge after a wait of over 2 hours. The chairs were comfortable, the food was excellent and plentiful, and our gin and tonics were spot on. Unfortunately, the restrooms were really disgusting, the only men’s urinal was out of order, and the stall was completely sticky with urine. I don’t quite understand why the lounge is so small when the demand is enormous – and why there’s only one toilet available for so many men needing to go. Do something about it!

Only if it’s free - Given the size and popularity of this terminal, the lounge is terribly undersized and is always at capacity. The food & wine is decent and the staff are kind but it’s not at all an upscale, quiet, or comfortable experience. The walls don’t meet the ceiling so there is no possibility of drowning out the airport noise. Seating is cafeteria style or lounge chair (if you are lucky enough to find an empty one). Only marginally better than sitting in the terminal. If it wasn’t included as a credit card perk I wouldn’t spend the money to get in.

Low quality - Food was of vary low quality. Worn out and dirty furnitures. Not even close to luxury compared to the advertisement. Not worth a visit

Worst Lounge Ever! - This lounge is by far the worst I’ve been to. Food is terrible. Service is terrible. Seats uncomfortable. Overcrowded with sections roped off barely being used. Oh and you can have free beer / wine / liquor but not a bottle of water….

Always full - The lounge itself is not too bad - if you ever make it inside which is pretty much impossible as it's always full. They either need to start accepting reservations, make it bigger or restrict the type of guests allowed access.

Terrible Toronto treatment at airport security - This airport is chaotic and badly managed by less than pleasant staff, particularly at security. Gate C lane one where Aida was the most disrespectful person I came across . Even when questioned about her manner she replied “you should try this for 10 minutes” I said “I would and I’d do it in more pleasant manner”. It’s chaotic because it is not set out properly at security. Boarding passes should be scanned prior to entering the area rather than just inches away from where you’re about to put your belongings in a tray for scanning. The position of the trays is at wrong end of the entry area therefore a delay. She was not the only unpleasant person therefore questions have to be asked of the management of this airport with what looks like disillusioned staff. Lane 1 also was congested and passengers were further delayed as possees of cabin crew were prioritised. It’s an easy fix. Have a separate lane for cabin crew at busy times and if you are using this lane also for passengers then don’t overpopulate this lane.

Always full - Every time I come here there is no room and everything there is a waiting list of more the 1,5 hrs. Maybe it’s time to improve the lounge.
