Another day in paradise - Had a great day at the outer reef with a visit to Dunk Island. Matt and Tosca the two onboard dive masters did a great job helping run the boat and guiding people around in the water. Matt pointed out the most awesome couple of octopuses hiding under some coral. A big shout out to the skipper who is very hands on, bus driver, tour guide , chef and all round nice guy. I gathered this is a small run family business. That’s another reason we should support this company.

Reef is amazing boat and captain need work - The captain needs to learn some manners but the trip was incredible. The young lads on the crew were friendly and informative. The lunch was incredible and catered beautifully for gluten free. The boat was very tired and every cushion on the upper deck needs repair. Locks on toilet door not working or not flushing. Sound system was not audible for safety briefings or other announcements. If the captain blows the whistle while you are swimming and no information whatsoever about why the whistle is blowing causes panic to passengers. Is it a shark, time for lunch or are you in the wrong area. No idea??? The reef was magnificent and well worth the trip

Swimming with the fishies can be fun - What a spectacular experience. The crew and captain were a delight and super informative about the reef life. The snorkeling was impeccable and I'd love to do another day out here. Saw a reef shark and a tonne of fish. The visit to Dunk Island was an added bonus. Can't wait to return when the cafe is open.

Mission Beach Snorkeling tour - Very pleasant and comfortable tour with only 7 guests aboard a large catamaran. Very much attention from the nice crew and the very dedicated captain.

Beautiful reef. Poor organization - On the positive side, Beaver Reef was amazing - beautiful snorkeling. And the single crew member was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, however, the tour was very unorganized, under-staffed, and somewhat chaotic. There was only the captain, and a single crew member, to cover everything. The single crew member had to assist on the boat, take care of all snorkelers, prepare all meals, and essentially do everything. That was disappointing.
