  1. 10 minutes warm up
  2. 10 minutes of basic theory on how to stand on the surfboard and how to paddle

We are located on Makaha Miraflores beach, near the Nautical Rose. We have a blue awning with the name of the school. We are located near the beach lifeguard booth
